Locatie en het verblijf zelf waren een 10! Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Woonkamer super groot en de keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden. Elke cent waard!

سمحوا لنا بالدخول الساعة 4 .. وأردنا الخروج بعد صلاة الظهر ولكن لم يسمحوا لنا وإذا لم نخرج قبل الساعة 12 سوف يُحسب يوم جديد وبالتالي عليه رسوم.. الفندق يفتقر للأكسسورات في الحمام .. ولا يوجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف ولكن بالطلب وبرسوم 250 درهم ..

Nice layout of the apartments. Nice views (although the windows are filthy and do not appear to be cleaned regularly)

Location is terrible. Takes forever to get in or out of the JBR. Quality of the furniture (our first apartment was not not really ready for occupancy but they put us in there anyway). After we complained about the SAFE needing 3 people to visit and confirm that the safe was not working and then have a FOURTH visit to replace the safe + the nightclub vibration and music from that AWFUL swimming pool downstairs, we were moved to an apartment on a higher floor the next day (which is when we realized that Sonder apartments can actually feel like normal places to live with plants and pictures on the walls and carpets and furniture that is not broken) - given that I spend 150 days a year traveling, I thought Sonder could be a good option - after this experience, I decided to stick to racking up loyalty points and status at all the hotel chains and find laundromats for when I want to do my own laundry. Sonder is a waste of time and money.

La localisation près de la mer et près de Dubaï Marina. Tram et métro pas loin La qualité architecturale du bâtiment à côté du Rixos Premium La (comme très souvent à Dubaï) gentillesse du personnel Bref on y retournera certainement

Des voisins perfois bruyant mais ça ce n'est pas la faute de l'hotel...

Furniture is lack luster

The location of the property is very convenient for enjoying JBR. The shared facilities with Rixos Premium makes the stay of a great value. The stay is friendly and makes an extra effort to satisfy your needs and ensure you enjoy your stay.

‏نصيحة لوجه الله انتبه تسكن في هذه الشقق - يخصمون المبلغ مع انه الحجز مسترد والدفع مكان الاقامه. - ممنوع تدخل الغرفه الين تحمل التطبيق وتحمل جوازات كل الي معاك وتصور وجه كل واحد منهم في التطبيق حتى النساء - عند الاستقبال تحصل زحمه الناس الي معصبين علشان يحملون التطبيق ويخلصون بياناتهم فيه - يخصمون منك مبلغ كبير تحت الحساب بدون مايعطونك خبر - تنظيف الغرفه بمبلغ كبير جدا - اذا ضيعت كرت الدخول يخصمون منك 150 درهم - ممنوع تنزل الشناط عند البوابه لانها تبع ريكسوس لازم تنزل لبوابه سندور في القبو ويوقفك السكيورتي نص ساعه الين توريه الحجز تبعك - الحمامات فيه ريحه وخشب الباركيه خربان يطلع صوت اي احد يمشي يقوم كل الي بالشقه اتمنى اي احد صارت له هذي المواقف يحط علامه اعجاب علشان الناس ماتتورط فيه نصيحه لاتتورط فيه

Big clean fantastic And convenient facility Excellent location luxury very very family oriented

No free house keeping no tv in each room ( we were a family of of 2 parent 2 teenagers(17 years) and two kidz above 6 years having only one tv in a three bed room apartment was very inconvenient

Everything from the check-in, where Aleksandra warmly greeted us and informed us about the amenities and the facilities, to the whole apartment design, size, luxurious appliances and stunning views. We felt like having a personal holiday home. The restaurants (Black Tap Burgers is a must try) were amazing. Room cleaning was a bit annoying as they didn't have a schedule and they were all over the place (although we were informed about that we still found it a bit annoying). Aleksandra was probably one of the best and most competent employees from Sonder: she had answers for every question, we had a really nice chat with her and she was always smiling. The checkout was flawless and I'm definitely gonna come back to enjoy my holiday home again. P.S. I'll never stay in Hotels again.

Cleaning Service Pool was crowded (unless you wake up at 8:00 AM)

The spacious apartment was pure luxury, the views onto the palm and the sea were amazing, the layout and the quality finish included everything you needed for a five star holiday. The pool area and private beach is breathtaking great for families, couples and caters for everybody, plenty of sun beds and a great swim up bar, the staff were brilliant and offered a great service Sonder on JBR is in a great location with everything you need close by, restaurants, bars, supermarkets.

There was nothing not to like it was pure indulgence.

Huge apartment, great facilities. Everyone was really helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

There is only a couple of minor things. More plug sockets in the room and in better places, for example next to the bed to charge phone. More coat hangers, so much wardrobe space hardly any hangers.
