"Excellent hotel. Great service
The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.

They denied the booking even after confirmation and landed us in big trouble in last minute

the only thing that I liked was the washrooms were clean ..the hotel overall was clean
I had to ask for everything..the rooms were not ready despite we checking in around 10 pm..the AC seems it was like fan blower…there was no remote…there was no complimentary water as well…I had to ask them to give it for the 2 days stay and the person at the reception was like we don’t offer complimentary water..breakfast was awful…it was like having dinner…oily ..they served us poori bhaji and the bhaji was a punjabi dish like paneer mix veg…during my stay I also noticed that the hotel is also used for oyo activities by couples ..I saw three couples taking the room for a couple of hours …I don’t mind that but it’s a bit awful in front of a family….and the distance from the main city is a bit far ..

Room service was poor. small suffocated rooms, poor amenities. Staff was unprofessional and untrained. No decency and privacy. Not suitable for official tour. Management is unable to entertain the guests with least requirements.

There was no ventilation in the room and food quality was not so good. Need to do more work on providing more options. Rooms were very small but the main problem was that there was no ventilation.
