Complètement mis à jour avec des sols en carrelage, planchers de bois franc d'origine, cuisine mise à jour a granit, salles de bains mises à jour ont tuile de métro, tous les appareils et cour séparée. Le stationnement est dans l'allée en face de la maison, il y a un parking supplémentaire dans la rue.

1398 pieds carrés, donc il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain en duplex avec coin repas, salon, chambre principale avec lit king size, 2ème chambre avec lit queen size, 3ème chambre avec lit queen size, cuisine complète et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un matelas queen qui peut accueillir 2 personnes. Il y a aussi un canapé qui dormira 1 personne supplémentaire.
La chambre King a un matelas violet, une des chambres avec lit queen a également un matelas violet. Le matelas pourpre procure une sensation unique qui soulage la pression et refroidit pour dormir. La grille pourpre est la seule technologie de confort qui s'adapte instantanément et intelligemment à votre corps afin de soutenir doucement vos hanches et vos épaules et de soutenir fermement la forme naturelle de votre dos. Tout à la fois. De plus, les canaux à ciel ouvert neutralisent la chaleur corporelle afin que vous ne dormiez pas au chaud.
La cour est complètement fermée pour les animaux domestiques. Le sentier ferroviaire Rock Island se trouve juste derrière la maison. Le sentier fait 4 miles de long et suit un ancien couloir ferroviaire et est parfait pour une belle promenade ou une belle balade à vélo.
Notre emplacement est idéal pour les visiteurs du Civic Center, de l'Amarillo College et de la West Texas A & M University. Profitez du parc d'attractions Wonderland, du parc des expositions Tri-State et du drame musical au Texas Outdoor, qui se déroule dans l'amphithéâtre Pioneer du parc national de Palo Duro Canyon. Property worked out fine. There were several groups of homeless or illegal migrants camped behind fence, under the covered bus stop and some against the storage unit walls close to Bell street. Lucky they didn’t come to the front atea

By the outside you would not have judged it was as nice a place as it was on the inside. It was immaculately clean as it was decorated. Every detail thought of and need met. Even the towels smelled as though you were at a high end spa. I will definitely be staying here again best experience In Amarillo by far and we have been using Amarillo as overnight rest for over 20 years on our family vacation.

We had 2 adults and 4-16 year old boys and we had more than enough room! Everything was clean and decorated so cute! It had everything we needed, including toiletries (this was a huge bonus)! The hosts were so easy to get ahold of and the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here!

My daughter and I loved staying at the Lawrence. The home is absolutely beautiful and a delight for anyone that appreciates great decor and art. The best part was how communicative the hosts were. Once they learned how late we would be in, they had the most welcoming soft lighting on for us throughout. Everything is labeled, from light switches to cabinets. The welcome binder was very well put together with info about the home, points of interest around Amarillo and the simplest checkout instructions I’ve ever seen. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

The house was very old. It smelled and felt that way. The neighborhood felt sketchy, but seemed quiet during our stay. I don’t have any complaints. I can tell the owners have tried to make it a nice place. I don’t think I’d stay again, however it served its purpose and the host was very easy to communicate with and seemed very pleasant.

Lovely home with a great location. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults. We didn’t run out of hot water even though we had back-to-back showers! Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Amarillo.

My wife and I plus 2 kids and 2 dogs traveled to see family that recently moved to Amarillo. We stayed for 4 nights. The house was spacious and clean. The yard was a good size. The property manager made the check in process a breeze and was very responsive. You can tell they care about this property. We had to drive all over Amarillo during our visit and the house was perfectly located to get everywhere we needed to go in less than 15 min (most places took less than 10 minutes to get to). All in all, I highly recommend this house. We really enjoyed it and will likely stay there again on our next trip to Amarillo.

CLEAN!!! The beds were very good, and plenty of space for the 5 of us.
The yard was a little sketchy at first, but the Gardner showed up and mowed! Then all was perfect for us.
Would stay again!! It was well worth it and close to lots of shopping.

This place was refurbished to be upscale. The updated baths and kitchen were nice except they didn't replace the old cabinets. My family and I spent 4 days there and was surprised that there was no dishwasher in the place. I cooked a lot and washed a lot of dishes with a very small dish drainer to hold them all. There were a few maintenance issues and a few items in the kitchen that I would have liked to have had, but overall the place was pretty nice and the neighborhood was ok.

My family of five (parents & siblings) came from two different states and times for a wedding in Amarillo. The manager's communication and ease of checking in was great, as we could all arrive and access house immediately!
We had one small issue with the washing machine and the response time to fix was very fast. Further, we received a follow-up to confirm that it was working again and that nothing else was needed.
The only thing we missed in the listing was that there is not a dishwasher, and it was difficult to get hot water in the kitchen sink.
Good amount of towels and toiletries to use. Would recommend this property and the management!

At first was disappointed it was a duplex sistuation but it all worked out well, I could hear the people next door but it wasn't a terrible situation.
The place was fixed up great ,comfortable bedding, would recommend this place.

This house was overflow for the adult married kids of our family of 21. It was a comfortable place for them to stay as we all gathered at Grandpa and Grandma’s house nearby. And it was accommodating for our little dog as she’s not welcome at Grandma’s. 😂😉

Lovely place just as pictured! Very comfortable and host is very responsive and welcoming. Five stars across the board! This is my third time to stay at this property. Highly recommend. So much more comfortable than a hotel and conveniently located to a lot of amenities.

We have stayed in many VRBO homes and we really enjoyed this home. Very nicely decorated with comfy beds and everything clean and organized. If there was anything negative I would say the sheets on the King bed. Not a fan because I prefer cotton. Overall the place was great and a nice respite for the final
leg of our journey back home to East Texas. Would definitely stay again.

Beyond Our Expectations
Everything was perfect. Rick & Brandon were great. Wonderful, flawless communication. The home was comfortable, clean, quiet, and cozy. We were able to get a great night’s sleep. The owners thought of everything to make our stay amazing! I would definitely stay here again.
