Great location, just a stone's throw away from the main square. The staff were also lovely - one lady is a fashion designer and has beautiful scrunchies for sale. Beautiful view out of the back of the hostel where the garden is. Also would recommend the restaurant beneath the hostel - we think they may be the same company as the decorations are very similar.

We were in a double room and the double doors didn't shut so we couldn't lock the doors. We actually got walked in on at one point. It's a shame the kitchen isn't bigger and there aren't more toilets for the number of guests but other than that the facilities are okay.

The hostel in very well located. Check in was good, the guy was very ambitious but lacked local knowledge, since he was not from the town. They had a nice little patio to have a drink while it was raining.

The room is very basic. The old wooden door is right on the hallway and in front of the main entrance so you could hear everything. We got the only room with a window, but you couldn't open it. There is absolutely nothing but a bed in the room. There was no water during our stay, they didn't even provide buckets to flush the toilet. The staff stayed until late watching movies on the phone on the floor right in front of our room which was kind of weird.

Very spacious rooms, good location and great value for money.

Cool shower water is bearable in other parts of Colombia, like the coast, but a bit less so here.

You can walk anywhere from the hostel and take the bus outside. The hostel garden was the best place to have dinner and drink a bottle of wine. The staffs were super friendly and helpful all the time.

Very friendly staff

I think it’s ok value for money. the beds are nice and comfortable, the kitchen is okay to cook in, and there’s a small garden area which is nice.

there’s no indoor common area so it’s not too easy to meet other people. also when I stayed there, I found it a bit bizarre as the woman who worked there was sleeping in a bed below me, and a man who worked there was sleeping on a mattress in the middle of the dorm room on the floor? I’ve not experienced this in a hostel before so found it a little strange for staff to be sleeping in the dorm room. also the woman who signed me in when I arrived didn’t show me around the hostal at all, she just took payment and showed me my bed, then proceeded to climb back into the bed below mine, so I had to look around the hostal myself.
