It’s a gem! It’s not located in the crowded beachfront areas like Gwangalli or Haeundae. And so we could walk, take photos of our beautiful view and enjoy the area with ease! It felt more local. There’s the Songdo Beach bus station nearby, a supermarket, a coffee shop just downstairs and more around the corner.

Exploring the city center or other touristy places may take some time to get to, from 18 mins up to an hour!

Excellent location opposite Songdo beach. Room was clean and comfortable. View from room overlooked the beach and sea. Good choice to be had for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the location next to the beach. Maybe not the most convenient if youre wanting to explore further areas of Busan and see most sights, but for my short weekend in Songdo it was perfect. Close to BIFF square and the traditional markets. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Convenience store and Starbucks located in the building. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed.

There is no restroom near/at the fitness center. Business room has a view to the wall -was a big surprise for us. The other thing we were surprised about there is no door between bathroom and hall.

The terrace had a beautiful view!! With the bus you could go everywhere within 30-45 minutes. It is really quite.

The view directly on the beach is amazing! The bed is really confortable and the room is big enough for two people.

It was really too hot in the room (28 degrees) and we tried to make it less but the air conditioner was not working… Also, I wanted to dry my hair but the hair drier was broken. And the last thing is that the automatic light in the hallway is very annoying during the night.

The hotel was very clean and convenient and the staff was very kind and helpful. They even let me check in 6 hours early due to my meeting schedule changed against a fraction cost of the room fee. I just used the room and apart from that the fitness room which was quite nice with convenient machines and towels. It just missed a waterdispenser. The room with sea view and balcony is highly recommended. It isn't huge, but it is layed out well and also had a nice desk to work at so definitely a plus you're in Busan for business. Also there is a 24-hour convenience store and two nice cafes (especially Neruda) right next to the hotel at ground level.

The elevators are a bit strangely designated and layed out, but there are a lot of them. So you don't have to wait long. Just it seems too many people hit all the buttons and I ended up a number of times stopping multiple times at floors on the way up or way down where other people most probably already took one of the other elevators. There should be a general "switch off" if people waiting got one of the other elevators. Just a tip.

The breakfast was fine. It might've been better with a little more variety. The restaurant was very... empty when I visited. The food was good for the price. Good location for the hotel; the sea view room was wonderful. I usually hang a sign on my door for short stays, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a bag with fresh towels and a couple water bottles, so cheers to the cleaning staff~

We loved the room, location on Songdo Beach, the view with wraparound terrace and breakfast.

The sofa in the room was extremely stained-- did not use it. The view smelled stale, like it had been closed up for a long time. Breakfast only had pork options for meat. Parking is very tight-- but that's everywhere in SK.
