Spacious 1 bedroom apartment and great location by the beach. Comfortable bed and the extra kitchen items for cooking was helpful. Easy access to public transportation. Restaurants, cafes and one grocery store all in walking distance.

The apartment look tired, need a good clean and paint. The bathroom was functional however it's in need of a repair and not well ventilated. Some mold issues noted. Unfortunately the air conditioners keep failing not sure if the electrical panel could handle both on. Otherwise we were comfortable with a the fan provided and it was cool during the night

I'm still waiting for an answer from the owner about the deposit return. I paid cash and they promised that will transfer back in max 7 days. 7 days passed. Still didn't receive any answer from them

The apartment was quite nice. It was a modern two bedroom apartment with a bathroom in each bedroom.

the main objection we had with this property is it is labeled as “beachfront” and there is nothing beachfront about it. It is not on the beach, across the street from the beach, or with a view of a beach. Another issue we had was that our check-in was an hour and a half late, because the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived at the designated check-in time. When we complained about this, we were told we would be refunded the cleaning fee, which was very minimal

We didn’t receive our deposit yet! It is more than 10days and we left the apartments in a good condotion. We could’t leave our bags earlier than 15.30(the girl with who we spoke promissed than we could do it earlier),so we lost a lot of time.It waa difficult to contact by phone,they didn’t want to talk.

First of all, once I fully paid the booking, I almost instantly received message from the Appartment staff that I must send the deposit (if a few days prior the check in!) otherwise they won’t provide me any details about rental. I felt like I’m a thief and doing them a favor when booking their apartment. Second. Check in and check out times were just ridiculous: check in around 15:30, and check out 10 am. On Sunday! More than that, at 9:59 when we leaving our apartment, the housekeeper has already waited near the door, it was very annoying. About necessities… after check in we realized, that they did not even have a soap to wash the hands, the container was fully empty! Same to kitchen, they don’t even have salt and pepper. location and flat were good. And also instead of just send the scanned documents (as requested all other hotels or properties in Portugal), they asked to fill long online form. That service spoiled our weekend.

Stunning apartment in a great location 10 minutes drive from old Porto town. €8 by Uber, €2.50 by bus which takes you to the door of the apartment!! Or about €6 by scooter all along the coast. Fantastic apartment, comfortable, beautifully designed and decorated with all mod cons and so much more! Amazing tall windows looking out over the Atlantic. Fell asleep listening and woke to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Glorious to swim in each morning. Pizzeria across the road was a bonus - pizza and salad delicious and €1 for our morning coffee!! Such accommodating and friendly staff too! Things happen and property manager Marina was amazing! Always contactable - Issue with keypad swiftly resolved by her and her colleague, thank you. Porto itself is a vibrant city full of character. Do a tour of a Cave in Gaia (where all the Caves are, over the bridge from Porto ) - but do a short one. The best experiences of local produce are to be had in the buzzing local independent cafes and bars serving local specialities. We also did a 3 hr food and wine walking tour led by the lovely Rosa - cannot recommend this enough! Got to explore parts of the old town that we would never have ventured into and learn some of the rich history of the area as well as sampling traditional dishes and Douro wines. So sad to leave today - but already planning our next visit - both to Porto and to the same apartment!!

We loved the location

We booked the location for the ocean view, however as soon as you open the window the place was full of flies. Screens should be used. Our drain in the bathroom did not drain effectively. The rooms were nice but the curtain separating the bed room and living room was hanging off. When we mentioned this to the staff, they did not offer to fix it. The air conditioner would not work.

Nice location, 3 bathrooms. We stayed at the 2nd floor and you don‘t hear the noise of the street luckily. Good bus connection to local beach Mathosina and Porto City Center. Restaurants close to the appartment, the Pizzeria opposite was very good!

the scene from apartment was like fairytale. If you seek a place to relax and enjoy the most beautiful view of the ocean this is the place. very nice comfortable bed, good soundproof windows if you want to stop the sound of the ocean hitting shores. i ll definitely come back..

The flat is spacious, modern and sensibly put together. It’s few steps away from the beach and bus stop (bus 500) and supermarket. The staff are easy to reach through phone calls and messages. I would like to say a massive thanks for bringing over an iron for my OOTDs :) that was an extra mile from you guys (figuratively and metaphorically). I appreciate it.
