The hotel was really clean, the location is excellent. The food was OK but could have been hotter.

The breakfast was nice but only just warm.

I have stayed in the Brooklyn Hotel in Leicester and really liked it. This hotel has suddenly changed names. It was good enough but expensive.

Expensive hotel without a great atmosphere. Something lacking compared to its peers, eg Dakota, Malmaison, etc.

Il est très très bien placé! À quelques minutes du centre commercial Arndel, a 4 min du museum art gallery, pas loin du john library. L’hôtel est tellement bien situé que je n’ai jamais eu à prendre le bus ! Il y’a tout autour! Des supermarchés, resto, brunch. Et surtout il est proche de la gare !! On a pris une chambre simmle (la moins chère) et pourtant la qualité était au rdv! Super confortable super mignon super beau! Tout est dans la chambre : café, bouilloire, table de repassage avec fer à repasser, eau, shampoing, gel douche, après shampoing…. Point très important: même si l’hôtel vous dis que la chambre est dispo à 15h ou quelconque heure, on peut déposer nos valises bien avant à la réception et partir faire notre vie. Pareil pour le retour: même si on doit libérer la chambre à 11h on peut laisser à la réception nos valises. A savoir que l’aéroport est à environ 30 minute de l’hôtel et qu’il est facile d’accès en bus, en train, ou en tramway. La course Uber aussi est accessible à partir de l’hôtel. Le personnel est très très chaleureux ! Doux gentil et patient! Ils ont un excellent comportement avec leur clients et sont sympathiques! Je suis encore étonnée en tant que parisienne aigris de l’accueil chaleureux que j’ai eu!! Je recommande très très fortement cet hôtel ! Je reviendrai !

The amount of homeless people around the area , whilst most were pleasant and not intrusive there are a few who would not be a good advert for the area

Location and interior is good.

Room is small and overpriced, it’s also noisy you can hear the next room and the room above. Walls are like paper. No mini bar, just an empty fridge.

Our inclusive breakfast allowed continental and cooked items plus the extra choice of prepared dishes from the hot menu (listed smoked salmon unavailable). Single beds twin room available, unlike some other hotels. Good sized room.

The air conditioning was noisy, even when it was turned off, as advised by a call to reception and the room remained very warm. The bathroom had a step up to it which seemed hazardous. The black bathroom and decor may look stylish but the finish was beginning to wear. The sink was too deep and hard to use as the central tap was in the way. I think the hotel fire extinguishers being silver instead of red was a safety drawback, taking hip design too far. Although the extra menu was available to us (inclusive breakfast) including two dishes with smoked salmon, Chef said they had no smoked salmon. I had to ask for more pineapple as it had run out, but the fresh plateful had spiky bits still in the edges.

The room was immaculate. We stayed in the Governor Suite with the stand alone bath which was lovely. Full english breakfast delivered to the room was nice and the bar was very nice however price of drinks was a bit steep.

A really nice, exceptionally well priced hotel in the centre of Manchester. The snug room was much bigger than I expected. I have stayed twice and will certainly stay again.

The hotel was undergoing change from Brooklyn to Voco while I was there and there were a number of staff in the bar/lounge area, using the large table as a desk. While I totally understand, they kind of took over the place, constantly on the phone and being very loud and dominating the area. It made having a quiet drink and doing a bit of work myself quite difficult and I decided to move to my room instead.

Location is brilliant, so close to Piccadilly station and the city centre. The hotel decor and facilities were absolutely lovely. Room clean and comfortable.

A four-stars hotel could do with some water available in the room and some more toiletries than just a tub of shower gel and soap. The breakfast was good (full english) but again fairly limited and cheap in comparison with the standards and style of the hotel: only packed cereals, no fresh bread, no selection of teas, couldn't spot any proper veggie alternative to bacon and sausages.

Location although noisey in centre of the city it’s kind of to be expected.

Noisy ventilation running all night and noise from the street could be heard. Vegan options in the restaurant were limited and not easily accessible enough. Please cater for vegans also and not by just taking stuff off the plate and charging the same.

This is quite minor, but there was no bottles of water in the room. The room was stuffy at night and turning air conditioning on made it too cold. Pillows were not comfortable. And before the stay I received an annoyingly high number of emails from the hotel.

Loved the style of the hotel. Lovely bar and a big screen for those all important sports matches. Room was comfy, quiet and cozy. Lovely shower!

Excellent Location & the hotel overall has a lovely feel with very well appointed rooms and design choices. The overall decor is very pleasing on the eye.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester, extremely comfortable room and great bar area. Our little dog Coco received lots of cuddles and kindness from the friendly efficient staff. We will be back!

Staff were lovely especially the more mature chap in the waist coat at the reception who was fabulous

We we’re kept up half the night by a faulty fridge light that flashed like a disco in our room we tried covering it up with a towel but it didn’t help, I have a video. Also the quality of the food at breakfast was very good, the sausage were awful
