Location and the bunk bed

Clean beds, enough space to keep luggage, no disturbance/noise, curtain for each bed.

Toilets were clean but basin area could be kept cleaner. Second, there are no seperate rooms, just one big hall having about 30 beds facing different sides and arranged strategically so not disturbing but still not private enough.

Should be Sufficient Space, should be provide bath Towel, Shampoo, Soap etc. And should be common for ladies and gents

Washrooms are unclean and smelly. upon sharing with the staff, they just said it was not our responsibility, people come and they keep it unclean. I suggest making it a place where people can read and understand the system you want to set up as a standard operating procedure for ensuring basic hygiene and pleasantness in a place like a washroom.
