toilet in the public area is dirty. it should be kept clean. no elevator so could be problem if you have large suitcases. you can walk but a bit far from main area (15 minutes walk)

I liked the staff ,,they speak English very good except one in the evening ,, they are so helpfull . The hotel is near to the center in a lovely place with magnificent view of mountains . It is clean ..

3rd floor rooms without elevator with our heavy luggage ,, there was no boiler to make drinks .the hairdryer was broken in my room

Good value hotel located about a 10 minute walk to the city center. Comfortable large rooms with air conditioning. Hotel allowed me to leave a bag at the hotel while I hiked a few days around Theth. Hotel was also helpful reserving a taxi to Theth for me.

No refrigerator in room, but hotel let me store some food in the hotel refrigerator.

Staff in the reception and in the breakfast area absolutely not friendly and not helpful. More of them didn’t speaking English at all. Only the cleaner lady was nice and speaking English. The atmosphere was cold and inhospitable. I arrived there without cash, because I lost my wallet during the transfer, and they didn’t let me enter inside of the room, before paying, even if they had my passport and my credit card as guarantee. I had to fix the problem outside of the hotel before enter in the room and can leave my stuff inside. Instead try to help me and make me in the best condition to solve the problem they treated me like a dishonest. Absolutely unfriendly and unhelpful approach by a facility. The room are modest and sad. The position is not so bad (15min walking to the center) but in a not pleasant area.

Cleaning lady. Smiling, kind and helpful. She spoke good English. Only positive note about the facility.

Only 15 mins walk to the old quarter. Ample free parking. Small basic but comfortable clean room with air con. Good breakfast in the yard.

The area is a bit run down but it is all part of being in Albania. Nb.You need to like dogs and cats (I do). Slightly overpriced perhaps but I. General Shkroder is mor expensive than other areas of Albania.

the building is quite old and not very well maintained, with flickering lights in the hallways that gave it a haunted look. our room was clean but most towels were stained. the decor didn’t look as good as many of the rooms displayed in the pictures. it smelled of cigarette smoke. the staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there and were neutral / rude to customers. at checkout, they told us that either we would pay (in cash) in euros or they would make us pay an extra fee in lek. during breakfast, we asked for some water and they brought us a bottle that wasn’t hermetically closed and it smelled of cigarette because someone (a smoker) had previously drank from it. when I complained to the staff, they first said “it was ok”. they then smelled it, threw away the water and didn’t even say sorry. there were a lot of people (not guests but seemed friends of the night staff) coming and going late at night. the location wasn’t very close to the city centre.

Last minute booking for overnight stay on our way to Theth. Super friendly check in. Comfy beds and clean room and restroom.

Staff was friendly, it has a private parking, reception worked 24h and the location was good.It was't that comfy but for the price it's worth it.

Very friendly staff who are happy to help.you, English is good enough. Good location short walk from the city center. Strong ac and cheap price.

Rooms are a bit dated, very hard beds which made my back hurt. Shower roof was covered in black mold. But i can't complain too much for the price

A basic hotel, but quiet and calm, easily walkable to everywhere, and staff were helpful. excellent value for money. Great job !
