THE STAFF WENT INTO MY ROOM WHILE I WAS GONE AND STOLE MY WATCH AND BRACELET AND MY BOTTLE OF TEQUILA AND I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THE MANAGER WAS THIS IGNORANT RATCHET BLACK LADY WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE WHO WHEN I ASKED "WHERE ARE MY BELONGINGS THAT WERE IN MY ROOM ? PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT BITCH .DONT GO HERE THEY STEAL .
DONT USE THIS HOTEL VERY GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT .

Nice and clean. The breakfast was decent. Pool area had a bad smell to it..
The person that checked me in messed up my account. But the manager was kindly to fix it….sort of.

El personal se mostró muy amable y considerado para las necesidades de los huéspedes. Estuvimos 2 noches y lo único que faltó fue la limpieza de la habitación después de la primera noche, pero no fue problema. Ofrece servicio de traslado desde y al aeropuerto puntual.

Breakfast was excellent, but wish it provided more options. Staff was attentive to all our request expeditiously. The ladies that work the front desk are Awesome! I would recommend this hotel to my family, friends and clients.

I felt I was charged for parking excessively and my husband paid with his card for a night then they ca n e back and charged my debit card the 230.00. Parking was 28 dollars a night but was billing 84 dollars a day. My bill was 759.00 let drop off then made a charge for 827.00. Messed up my banking account.

I literally liked everything about the location, the room was spacious and provided a kitchenette.
The only complaint that I have is that laundry should be free for guests.

I love the space of the rooms and it is near all the attractions

I didn’t partake in Breakfast due to the lack of sleep I received due to the noise coming from the floor above me and the fact that the facility smelled of marijuana my entire stay.
The lack of cleanliness on level 3 where my rooms was. That I had to ask for towels (due to it only providing two towels in the room, the fact I was denied late check out. The fact I waited over 30mins for a front desk clerk that was outside enjoying conversation with her friends or whomever) the trash against the wall for more than 5hrs on level 3 unpin exiting the elevators.

Great place to stay near the airport.
The check inn wasn't expedite, they have problems to connect with the booking.com system and check if the reserve made was already paid by the guest.

The omelette with dry and hard, and everything else about the breakfast was OK. The location was good because it was close to the interstate.
I was really disappointed in the breakfast and also the utensils in the room. The utensils in the room they had plastic ones in the dishwasher. Also in the bathroom, there was no facial tissue and no liquid soap in the shower or shampoo.

Breakfast was good. Staff did try to accommodate my family as best they could, they were welcoming and nice about dealing with any issues.
Had to buy towels. The floor was for non smoking but it reeked of marijuana. Ant infested. Under staffed. Pool was not heated very cold for indoors.

Less than 15 mins of us checking in our truck got broken into. The staff did not seem to empathetic about the break in at all. very disappointed. If they knew they had a known issue of things happening like this, there should be more security. we were one of 4 break ins at the same hotel around the same time. I will not stay there again
