The location is excellent to Roseau Cental
Can do with a little bit of an upgrade

Excellent location, within walking distance of the ferry terminal, restaurants, shops, and the bus stop.
The apartment is very dated. Old appliances, worn furniture, lack of cleanliness. The AC is only in the bedroom, fans are in the living area. Hot water is lukewarm. The walls are very thin and loud noise can constantly be heard from outside, don't count on getting much sleep.

Interruption of basic services, and being charged prior to my arrival at location.

I love the fact that, this property was in the center of Roseau. Doing business was easy, without the use of transportation. Also I was able to cook and do my laundry that added bonus 👍🏽😀
