We hosted a small micro wedding at this property, and Casa Patty will forever be in our hearts. Prior to arriving at the property, Stefania, the house manager made trip planning a breeze. She helped book excursions, travel (which was often complicated and included other parties), tours to Pompeii, and completed grocery shopping prior to the trip for everything we needed to have the perfect wedding. Words cannot fully express how special, patient, and amazing of a human she is. Trust me- I messaged her tons prior to the trip and she helped me without hesitation.
The home is perfection. The tile floors, the 360 rooftop view, spiral staircase, beautiful kitchen. All of my guests commented on the beauty of the home, and it was clear the owners really love and take care of the property. The photos of the property do not do it justice. We stayed in multiple airbnbs during our wedding-moon journey and this was by far where we felt the most comfortable, and where we felt the most welcomed.
We can’t wait to return here for future anniversaries!

We have just left the most magical place - Positano - and our accommodation at Casa Patty has been an amazing experience. Stefania, our host, has been exceptional in every way over the last 4-5 months since we booked the property, she has arranged transfers, excursions, restaurants, prior to our arrival and everything was perfect! Casa patty exceeded our expectations - the views are amazing and the private rooftop terrace was perfect and we felt on top of the world. The apartment was clean and tidy, had washer and dryer, comfortable beds & well stocked kitchen appliances- and Stefania left us a lovely welcome pack with Prosecco, croissants, breakfast items, juice etc - so thoughtful. There is about 80 stairs to the apartment but Stefania organised porters for our luggage which I would highly recommend. This is one of the best properties we have stayed in and communication with trying yo organise from the other side of the world has been faultless. I would highly recommend Casa Patty. Thankyou for making our trip so memorable Stefania.

Great location with amazing terrace and views. makes positano easily assessable despite all the steps. The jacuzzi was just what we needed in the heat of the day to cool off. The staff are very helpful and will assist with booking transport and trips if you want

everything was updated and clean. The views were incredible. Our host, Stefania, was wonderful. She arranged all our meals and excursions. We met Francesco before departing and he was lovely. My friends and I definitely recommend this house

Truly stunning views from the terrace - day and night. Lots of space, all you needed for self-catering and cooking. clean and modern. Good location.

The host Stefania made every part of this process very easy even helping us book cars and restaurants, day trips etc. Her help was invaluable. The view was amazing and the apartment was exactly as described. We had a wonderful time. Very central to everything. There’s about 80 steps (down) to the house from the road, which is minimal considering it’s a vertical town. The house is big and spacious with an amazing deck, spectacular views as well as a jacuzzi.
Easy drop off/pick up point at the top road.
Dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with Smeg small appliances.
We were spoiled with fresh tulips and some local delicacies and fresh fruit on arrival.
Would def stay here again.
The second bathroom is on a different level than the bedrooms.

Stephania was a HUGE help with drivers, boat hiring, restaurants and even arranged for porters to carry our suitcases down the steep 70 stair decent to the apartment. We are so grateful for all she did! The view from the entrance and 4th floor terrace was spectacular!! Truly magnificent. Rooms were spacious -- 2 bedrooms with one queen-size beds each on first floor and a 3rd bedroom on floor 2 with one queen bed. 2 full bathrooms. newly refurbished - one on first floor and the 2nd up 2 flights of stairs. Terrace was at the top of the 4th flight of stairs with outdoor tub, 2 lounge chairs and a table with 6 chairs -- perfect setting to enjoy the fantastic view. Apartment was well located near restaurants and a 20 minute walk along the narrow road passing shops and restaurants to get to the beach.
There are 70 steep stairs from the road drop-off down to the condo so you must be physically able to climb and descend these steps many times a day. And do not attempt to climb the labyrinth of stairs from the beach to the apartment -- walk along the road instead. Would have been helpful to have a map of the road/stairs. The door to the terrace was locked and VERY difficult to open. The photos online show 3 queen plus one twin bed but there are only 3 queen beds. However, the sofa folds out to a 4th bed which was fine -- just had to fold up every day so we could enjoy to comfort of the living room.

The view is indeed breathtaking. The hosts and the property manager Stephania were terrific. We even forgot our things in the safe and they arranged for a driver to get them back for us in Naples. They left many things (groceries, kitchen tools, etc.) for us on the property which was a pleasant surprise. They arranged for people to come to carry our bags to and from the property to the main road.
Really minor things: the doors make noise when it's very windy outside, our little boy (two years old) tried to go up the stairs a few times and we had to be creative to prevent that (i.e. using a table or chairs). There are many stairs when approaching the hours (which I guess is for many if not for all houses in Positano - it is mostly build on a mountain) - it was a bit hard for our growing parents (~70 years old) to go up.

Recently renovated, the accommodation was very strategically located within Positano. We really liked its terrace which overlooked Positano and its beautiful beach, perfect place to have breakfast when the sun is out. Stefania our host made a lot of effort in making our stay as pleasant as possible as she was really helpful in arranging transfer, restaurant bookings, tours. Complimentary champagne, juices, breakfast, Easter chocolates and snacks just added to our amazing stay in Positano.

The view from the roof deck was amazing. Also had a balcony off the main bedroom. Kitchen had all new appliances. Terrific host - they even had some hospitality goodies for us in the room. Lots of room for our family (two adult children) to spread out. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back.
The shower was a little on the small side by American standards, but is not a deal breaker.

everything was perfect! Amazing view from the balcony on the top, beautiful place fully equipped with attention to details, lot of thing to eat (fruits, croissant, deserts and sparkling wine)… nice location close to the beach… we were totally amazed by the place! Definitely our favorite place we stayed in our whole trip in Italy.

Location and view are unmatched! Staff was amazing.Fruit bowl was a very nice touch. Sun deck is spectacular! Great living area and kitchen.
One bed was very comfortable and one wasn’t. A clothes dryer would be nice. A few extra trash bags and a little laundry soap.

The patio view was absolutely amazing.
The apartment was cute overall and clean. The location was great except for the stairs..it was just too much.
The stairs ...60 plus stairs with an abnormal high rise and run to the stairs making it even more difficult.. If you have any mobility issues at all do not stay here....60 stairs up or 60 stairs down. Its a challenge to say the least....if you head down to the beach from there and use the stairs its over 300 stairs. Or you can take the long way and go by road but you still have to do the 60 stairs to get to and from your apartment. We did know there were a lot of stairs but really didnt understand how it would really feel. Also the beds in the 2nd and 3rd room were awful. The 3rd room had 2 singles but 1 was actually a thin cot mattress with plywood. We thought we could put them together for the 3rd couple but you couldnt. 2nd bedroom bed was also very uncomfortable but better than the singles.. 3rd bedroom was ok.. we needed 3 rooms for 6 adults. The main floor shower was very small. Like a small trailer shower.

The view was great
I did not like having to go up around 100 steps or more caring my luggage. We didn’t realize there were that many steps when we booked it. Two of our elderly people had to get another place to stay because they could not to the steps and cart their luggage up.

The contact we had with Stefania was brillant. She helped answer all our questions about the surrounding area and sorted our transfers and restaurants bookings for us.
The apartment was lovely and spacious with stunning views of Positano. The sun terrace was an added bonus. We were able to watch the evenings entertainment from above with the duomo plaza hosting regular italian musical performances. The apartment was kept cool during the hot summer day.
The apartment is located at the bottom of a very steep set of stairs (80 steps), so luggage was quite challenging to get down from the road. The beach and town is about a 5min walk down (lots of steps) from the apartment.
The hosts provided welcoming gifts of fruit, pastries and drinks, which was unexpected and a lovely gesture and very much appreciated.
The only negatives about our stay would be the downstairs shower had a limited amount of hot water, whilst the twin beds ans 2nd double bed weren't the most comfortable, although they were adequate.
On arrival we were informed that there was to be a €300 deposit, which wasn't mentioned on booking.com or any communication with the host.

This villa had a great roof top balcony with table, chairs and an umbrella. Only 80 steps from main road and a short walk to the beach and stores. Many food locations near by. The villa had a washer and 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. A lot of space to spread out with a family of 5. At night we watched the fireworks for the Faragusto celebration. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we need. We would differently stay here again. The villa manager Stephanie helped us with transportation arrangements, dinner recommendations and reservation and she was also gave us great ideas on how to spend the time in Positano!

Amazing place with best view in Positano. Stefani was a wonderful host getting us set up with activities including driving tour of the coast. We had struggled getting reservations for dinner and she got us set up at 3 incredible restaurants with world class food and views.

Apartment is stunning and feels authentic. Incredible terrace with great views, day and night. Great facilities. Lots of storage. Stefania was always available and communicative. She booked our transfers and made the whole experience smooth. Aircon was very effective.
The hosts were very generous and friendly.
Should be made clear that the 4th bed is a camp bed. The extra camp bed was not comfy for 4 friends as we each wanted our own bed. Water is often cold, but that is not an issue when the room is warm.

The property is perfectly located with a spectacular view of the town and the water. The rooftop deck was breathtaking. We started the day with breakfast on the roof and ended it with drinks under the stars. Stefania the property manager was in touch with us after our booking and helped us with everything we needed and answered every question we had. She gave us tour suggestions and booked tours for us, recommended restaurants, helped us with rides to and from the airport and so much more.

The property was a dream come true. Beautiful patio on the roof with stunning views both day and night. Our family spent most of our time up on the patio. The hosts were extremely generous with all the food and all that they left for us, we couldn’t get over how generous. The property’s concierge Stefania answered every single question in a timely manner. Stefania also set us up with My Positano limo tours which were outstanding, we wound up using them our whole visit. Stefania is an amazing representation for the the Amalfi coast, so knowledgeable and helpful. 6 of us comfortably stayed at the property, everything about the property was spotless and perfect. Pictures don’t do it justice
Nothing wrong with the property other then the hot water running out quickly downstairs shower, the patio can use a little shade in the sun and the two twin beds are a little rough. Remember to bring towels for the beach.

Roof top patio is amazing--panoramic view of all of Positano, probably one of the best patios in the town. Great location, less than a 10 minute walk down to the beach and only a couple minute walk up stairs to the street with great dining options. Three bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of five. Our host Stefania was very nice and helpful in reserving parking for our van and arranged to have our van picked up and transported to the parking lot in the upper part of town.
Hot water tanks for both bathrooms are a little small, so showers are short. The hairdryer plug didn't fit the bathroom outlet, had to use an adapter from an appliance in the kitchen.
