Location and ambience

Price little high

Breakfast was in their restaurant overlooking apple orchards and the mountains of Manali. Super scenic. There was no one else in the restaurant so I enjoyed all the attention. Had lovely hot poori, fried eggs. A platter of fresh cut fruit was served even without my asking for it. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had - taste, service and a phenomenal view.

Perhaps the pricing given that it is off season could have been a little lower. But again the warmth of service, the views are worth the price.

Staff were very accommodative, upgraded us to a glacier view room, stunning views

i did like the view from the property as it was facing the appearance i was wanting to look at. But rooms were actually the way it was shown we really wanted to enjoy our stay but things did not turn out to be well

at first when i booked the property nobdy made us aware that we have to pay advance when i persnlly called to enquire the reception said your room is not booked cause u hv not paid money ..! then he said 3000 / person will be charged for new year eve only then will book the room otherwise you may cancel still looking towards new year eve i agreed and paid amount at the reception when i reached but the new year eve was really bad if u have taken money from us you should give us good value for it too its a hard earned money sir it was really a waste of money white stone really spoiled the new year eve as it was only for kids not for elders

The food and the view from hotel was amazing

More clubhouse facilities should be there

Overall from Reception to Front desk to Restaurant ..food was great and restaurant staff were at their best .

The housekeeping was not at its best . Taps were broken ..Channels that ond would want to watch were not available . Laundry was not dispatched without reminders .

When tried to place dinner order initially staff refused to take it. Though we booked two same supreme room they gave different rooms where one room have good view and and other one did not have proper view even after insisted to give on same side to have a good view they are firm on their decision.
