Location, view, and amenities.
I know we were at the beach but I have to say the floors were far sandier than any other beach condo I have rented. Not a game breaker just a thought.

Love the location. The pool. The beach. The beauty. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Great view.
The furniture, in this particular apartment I stayed in. It was outdated,Worn and tethered. I did not get to sleep well for this reason. Very uncomfortable . Sleeper couch was broken.

Didn't stay longer than 30 minutes. Condo had full flight of stairs to main living area that were not mentioned, or photo, in posting. Building was like something out of Soviet Russia. Dark, dank, run down, depressing.
After about 2 hrs on phone (it's now 8pm!) w/Vacasa, myself & my walker-dependent 88 y.o. mother were given another condo at Carillon for $80 more!!! Vacasa should insure condo owners fully disclose accessibility information on their sites!!! Shame on Vacasa for charging us more!!! And Carillon unit wasn't even beachside - it faced highway!! So one night cost us right at $300!!! In February!!!

Location was low key. Nice views of gulf. Nice coastal decor. Beautiful heated pool
Need to fix shower. Cold faucet hard to turn and it was dripping. Not a deal breaker just need to fix soon.

I love that it’s quiet here and not in the middle of all the craziness of Panama City. The staff of Vacasa are also very nice. I also like that there is a playground and pool! The price was also great. The beds were comfortable. Our condo was so cute and cozy.

The pool and sana were great!
The condo seemed great at first but on the second day, a guest had a roach fly and land in them. After he had knocked it off, it ran under the stove.

had to buy our own food and cook it and the view was very nice room was clean the beach was wonderful
the way the man at the gate came to our room and say we can go to jail for handing out our clothes on the balcony at our room the dryer didnt work ... Someone left our room door open when we came back it was open with all our stuff still inside..

I thought there was bunk beds in the room but there wasn’t. mold was on the ceiling.

Location
Wifi out the entire 7 days. Had to use neighbors wifi. Facility/Maintenance checked wifi unit and determined it was broken. Will order another and replace once arrives. Shower water knobs close to falling off. Found a screw driver and tightened (easy fix if you have a screw driver). Furnishings older and dirty. Dining chairs wobbled. Unit needs some attention...

No power in master bedroom or bathroom for first 17 hours. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. And on Monday they took our code out of the system so we were locked out of our room.
