We lucked into a beachfront kitchenette with a patio the day of check-in. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The room had all the essentials. The view was incredible. Access to the beach and amenities was perfection. Already planning to return.

Old, dated rooms. Very small bathroom. Ironing board nasty. Fridge nasty. Creepy walkways. No vending machines. Pay extra for a beach chair!!!! Take your own beach chairs/umbrellas. Parking tight. No place to eat nearby. Old school FL motel. If I knew then what I know now, I would shop around much more. Miles to Panama City/attractions. I am from FL and have seen so much better. The entire area was depressing. Traffic on 98 was terrible.

I liked the location of the property, that’s about it.
I didn’t like how over crowded it was, we first checked in @4 and there were some people that didn’t have rooms ready. Luckily we got into a room. We walked in, found every drawer was opened, bed was NOT made up. See pictures below. We happened to get cleaned up before dinner, someone tried to come into our room, luckily we had the security latch out. We only had one very thin feather down comforter. Asked for another one by chance didn’t have any available. This stay really was not worth the money, time, or stress.

It was disgusting. The amount of money paid the floors were filthy. We have pictures. The ground had scum on it, the fridge was rusting, barely any light in bathroom. Tub had cracks and holes upon other things. The balcony door wouldn’t lock. We moved rooms and wasn’t much better. Also AC didn’t work!

Great location! We got there a day before and they let us chek in.Upgraded our room to a king suite.. Staff was amazing. Jodi was our girl! She made sure we always had what we needed!

Nothing, it's small with a funky window that goes to the hallway it's wired. Definitely not a family place At ALL. Especially if you have little ones I suggest paying the extra $20 for a different place.
The room I booked on the booking.com website said it was a beachside view with a patio. I'm on the 3rd floor in a hallway that looks out onto the parking lot. I would have chosen a different place if I knew that.

From the moment we walked through the door of the front office, we were met with smiles and a warm welcome. At every turn the staff was cheerful and friendly.
The views were amazing and the pool/hot tub were immaculate. I've never seen a cleaner pool at a hotel.
We were upgraded to a suite and we were extremely pleased. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was there!
The only problem we had was the tub was slow to drain. That's it and it wasn't a problem for us.
