Emplacement de l'appartement à 15min d'Annecy, bien meublé et propre. Les hôtes sont très gentil et très réactifs. Niveau qualite/prix c'est parfais.

Petit bémol : route très fréquentée assez bruyante la nuit mais sinon tout c bien passé

Warm welcome and perfect cleanliness. The owners had made a big effort to present the apartment in the nicest possible way. Beds made up for arrival. The nice matching china and glass in the kitchen. Good fridge with small freezer compartment. Good bathroom lighting.

The steep, twisting and narrow stairs, not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. This was not made clear in the listing, therefore we had to leave after 2 days of our week's stay. Bedroom 1 only had a velux. Bedroom 2 had no window. Both bedrooms were under low eaves. The bathroom was also under the eaves. Noise from busy main road.

The apartment is very fonctionable and well maintained. The hosts are really invested in our well being and open to suggestions to better further stays in the apartment. They also are very accommodating in case of a late arrival (which was my case).
