C'est l'endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille. Il y a deux chambres, une avec un lit queen, l'autre avec des lits superposés (pleine grandeur en bas et twin en haut). Il y a aussi un futon en taille réelle dans le salon.
Nous sommes situés à distance de marche du centre d'amusement Belmont Park, des cafés, des restaurants et des locations de vélos, de l'océan et de la baie (nous avons obtenu une réduction locale sur les locations pour vous) et bien plus encore! Le condo comprend une terrasse commune spacieuse pour profiter des amis, de la famille et de l'air frais de la mer. Sortez la nuit pour une promenade à côté de la baie et admirez les brillantes lumières de la ville de San Diego en parcourant des kilomètres de promenade qui entoure la Mission Bay et le front de mer!

The house is exactly as listed! They had lots of good fans to help with moving the air. Master bedroom was comfy. Second bedroom was nice but the bunk bed is very noisy so don't move! They so kindly allowed us to check in early since it was ready! Enjoyed our stay!

Location was in walking distance of the beach. The beach chairs were nice to have. No air conditioning but fans were provided.

Property had everything we needed and the location could not be beat. Super close walk to Mission Bay and Mission Beach as well as the Belmont Park area, and lots of good restaurants and bars in walking distance. And the Dueling Pianos at the local bar on the last night was a lot of fun! Only downside is that it was a warm weekend and the bedrooms don't cool down well even with fans. But in spite of that I would return anytime! Thanks!

Overall, a solid place to stay for our extended weekend vacation. Walking distance to anywhere in Mission Beach and easy access to other parts of town. Would have been 5 stars but the utensils and some of the common areas were not fully cleaned.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely location. It was just a block away from the bay side beach and a short walk to the Pacific Ocean! Our family loved our stay and the communication with staff was amazing! We would gladly stay here again!

We really loved it here. The kids were cozy in the bunk room and us and the baby were happy in the other. It's true it got super hot in there (which we doubted per other reviews bc we're used to the Texas heat). But it's true - it was hot. But we opened the windows and got all the fans going and by the second morning, it was cooled off. Also the parking spot is quite small (as it says!), but we artfully got a minivan in there. The kids loved the beach toys there and the wagon was a helpful addition. I didn't notice there was no dishwasher, but it wasn't a huge issue. Everything was spelled out clearly, the staff was super helpful to engage with, and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet - not as loud as the more rowdy Mission Beach further up the peninsula. We loved it in this cozy location. Thanks for everything!

The only thing that was confusing is we got in later and there were 3 different door combination locks on the door. I wasn't clear which one.

Wonderful location right on the beach and easy walk to Belmont Park, food and shopping. Very convenient for beach day with my little ones with all the stuff provided by the place and being able to walk right out to a beautiful spot on the beach. Loved it!

3rd time renter from Magical Mission Bay
Place was clean. A neighboring unit in same complex rented to a group of loud young people. This is not MMB's issue but the complex had loud neighbors on either side of us. One side played gansta rap periodically and the other neighbor had barking dogs.
Our unit had a lockbox and two keypads on the door so when we first arrived we had a little confusion accessing the unit.
MMB management was great, the unit was a good value for us and this is our third time renting from MMB. We'll come back!

Nice location but disappointing
Kimberly was a great host. She was always quick to respond and helped in any way she could. The location is great! However, I do have to say that the description of the place was misleading. It is stated that there are 2 stories in the unit but it didn't say that you had to get to a second story first. This would be difficult for those with mobility issues. Inside, there wasn't enough circulation so it was hot and stuffy (and it wasn't even that hot outside) even with multiple fans. A small air conditioner would help. The shared patio was very disappointing! It was downstairs and several yards away. Also, the only furniture for the area was just a cement table and benches so it wasn't a place to hang out. That's what you want to do in such a lovely town.

Great place and location
Our family was there for a wedding/vacation so we weren't in the apartment the whole time. Mostly to sleep and eat. There was enough room for our family of 6 when we used the futon in the living room. We had a couple of issues but Kimberly responded quickly and fixed the problem. The apartment had all the cooking equipment you will need. The beach towels and supplies were more than adequate and you really did not need anything else. Regarding the parking, we drove a Nissan Altima and it will fit but you definitely can't go bigger than that. The passenger had to get out before you parked the car completely so hope that gives you an idea of the space. Overall, this is a very quiet and nice area to stay in if you want to walk to the ocean or bayside. Very convenient location and I enjoyed the oceanfront walks every morning. You can't go wrong picking this apartment.

Fun in the sun
My son and his girlfriend wanted a place close to the fun of mission beach and proximity to other locations. They enjoyed the ease of access to the beach, body boards and more the unit provided. Very clean and ease of access.

Great location - nice place
1 Street from Belmont Park and 1 house from the bay - great location. Be prepared for stairs - we saw from the pictures, but weren't really thinking about all of the times you'll go in and out of the property (stairs) and then up and down from the bedrooms (upstairs) to main floor (downstairs). Clean and nicely laid out - partial view of bay was nice. All that you need was in the kitchen; no need for any extras. Stayed over 4th of July weekend, so a bit rowdy younger neighbors, but was expected.

Cozy Condo
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 5. It was a super quick walk to the bay. We enjoyed nightly fireworks from SeaWorld and walking to many restaurants, parks, and shops.

Plenty of room for 5 and kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was a bit firm and sleeping 6 would be difficult but 4 is perfect. Nice location to Belmont Park and beaches.

Very comfortable
Everything you need is in this unit, from coffee filters to beach equipment. Its a pretty quiet place and the bay is so close with hardly any people, so very relaxing. The only issue some might have would be climbing lots of stairs & a small parking space. Our large 4Dr GMC Truck was a very tight fit & you have to back it in so consider driving a smaller car. Property Manager, Kimberly, was very responsive and also sent texts about fun happenings in the area like a fireworks show that we wouldn't have known about. The bedrooms are furnished well and both beds are comfortable. (We used both bedrooms because one of us snores). I will definitely book with Kimberly for our next visit to San Diego.

Everything was great about it really! Location was perfect with plenty to do within walking distance. The bay is just steps away. Michael gave me wonderful, thorough advice on family-friendly activities. The kitchen was one of the best appointed kitchens of any VRBO or Air BnB we’ve ever stayed...things you would actually need, all in good shape. The bonus was the storage closet of beach gear ready to go! We would definitely consider coming back.

Great place!
Nice small place in a great location. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you might need on your trip and more. Lots of towels (super soft!), blankets, and the kitchen is ready for anything. Beach towels, boogie boards, beach wagon, etc. The one small issue was the bed in the master bedroom - the mattress is somewhat uncomfortable and very creaky. Every time my husband rolled over it creaked loud enough to wake me. However, overall the place was fantastic, and I would stay there again!
