Serietà, accoglienza, pulizia, posizione e servizi!!!

Luisa was wonderful so kind. She picked us up at the station and dropped us on our return. She answered questions to help us find the local bus, always responding immediately to messages.She could not have done more. The room had a lovely basket of welcome chocolate and pastries and toiletries. It was a very good location, close to the castle in the centro storico.

Had difficulty signing into Wi-Fi with both devices.

The host was so kind and welcoming to us supporting us prior to arrival, helping to arrange parking and making suggestions for local spots. With our broken Italian, she was more than patient. We would go back again for sure!

Not too much to report, though if you do not have a car, it would be a challenge to visit the surrounding areas! Bikes are fabulous!

Amazing people/ owner, super friendly and going MORE than the extra mile. Personal attention. Central location. Neat room/ en-suite, and safe. Aircon works well.

One point to address, the bed was really uncomfortable/ hard - my wife and I could not get a good nights' rest. It should be replaced.

very nice place in the old city centre with confort comparable to top hotels. the host tries ro help and assist where ever possible.
