This hotel is super clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly, so, if i should rate just the hotel and its service would definitely be a 10/10!

- You couldn't use the pool (because of covid they said) and - knowing that the hotel is 20 min by bus from sperlonga beach i would have preferred to know that in advance, because that definitely would have affected my booking decision. - breakfast a bit monotonous but again great service - fondi itself is not really an attraction, the attraction there certainly is sperlonga

As a family we had a suite. Fantastic hotel and staff. We stayed 2 nights to see Fondi.

simple but modern, clean and comfortable hotel with a good position and looking quite new inside. Large room and large bathroom with nice shower

A/C in the room was too weak and took long to cool down. Breakfast cakes only commercial kind of.

Clean and comfortable room in modern hotel on the edge of town. Views to nearby hills. Good reasonably priced menu in restaurant. Odd arrangement for wifi: reception gives guests their own router to plug in - worked well once plugged in.

On the very busy main road in a commercial estate, which not particularly attractive, tho the noise wasn't disturbing, and there is a large supermarket opposite.

Even though the hotel is not on a beach, the shuttle service including bed and umbrella hire is very good value for money and well worth doing. The beach was one of the nicest and cleanest we have been to in Italy, good for families with small children and not overcrowded.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room emitted a strong, toilet-like smell, which was rather unpleasant. The swimming pool was also very small and not as attractive in real life as in photos. Walking to nearby Fondi is possible but not the nicest parts of the town to walk through from the hotel before arriving in the centre.
