Communication with the host was easy. The property was clean, nice, good location. I would recommend it for a lovely short stay :-)

Beautiful decor, in a well designed apartment. Spacious rooms. Good communication prior, during and post stay. Excellent location for a lovely sea front walk into central Brighton.

I liked the location and ease of access - the door key code was a new system for me and was really helpful when the two of us went separate ways and could both access the property independently.

I didn’t like the noise that came from guests upstairs using the stairs - they were very noisy and caused a disturbance as the noise was loud in our bedroom. Ditto the noise of people upstairs when we were in bed. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t open the blinds because we were on street level and the glass was transparent - you could see directly into our bedroom and living space. No heating had been left on for us - the flat was cold.

Location was good, actual place was very nice

Keys were a c20 minute walk away (no place to park nearby) and had to be deposited back there before 10am check-out which was very inconvienient and not mentioned at booking

The location was perfect. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk but set back from the main street so very quiet both day and night. Bonus was parking outside.

Our daughter (22) slept on the sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable. Main bed was lovely.

The hosts were really helpful

we loved the communal space, it was well equipped and had plenty of sofa seating. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious too. We enjoyed the central location beside the seafront, near to Hove and within walking distance of the Lanes, there is lots of restaurants and pubs and bars all around Donkey Mews.

I would suggest that a downstairs toilet would be a good addition, though it wasn’t necessary for our group I feel for some this may be beneficial especially for the ones using the downstairs bedroom.

Right in the heart of Brighton. Great stay, everything you need. Perfect for a few nights away!

Perfect location, just a few mins away from the beach and about 10-15min walk from city centre. Appartment is well looked after. Great communication by the host made check-in easy.

steps , inconveniences of picking up / dropping off the keys only one bathroom and toilet check in late and check out too early no information about parking prior to arrival , had to contact the number to text the car registration as private parking all around the area .

The fact that there were numerous beds 2 sofas in the living room and they were very comfortable Well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, cutlery and pots. Also tea, coffee - long life milk was expired (april 2022) There was a nice balcony off one of the rooms Wifi with great connectivity and tv available Extended our check out by an 1hr free of charge Central heating readily available

The amount of steps to get to the apartment - luckily we were a group of friends in our late 20s so it wasn't too much of an issue Communication with the apartment after booking wasn't great before we arrived but during the stay the team were quick to reply and resolve any of my questions and queries

The management was very good - they were very professional and allowed us to drop off luggage early. The flat was also very clean and had everything we needed.

The mattresses are old and need replacing, and the walls badly need a paint. The area directly outside the flat is also extremely scruffy and creates a bad first impression. There is also a damp smell, we had to open all windows and buy our own air fresheners. Overall the flat is nowhere near as nice as in the pictures. Also the key is held at a shop a long way from the apartment which is very difficult when arriving with luggage and children.

It was equipped and clean. The rooms were a good size and beds were very comfortable. Location was great as nothing was. wry far away at all.

Some of the furniture and decoration were a little tired and it was clear there had been an issue with ant as there were several ant bait boxes in every room.

property was clean and comfortable , steps up to it were pretty steep but fine for us. it was in a great location for shops , bars and restaurants .

there were more stairs than anticipated and at first glance the entrance was questionable but once inside the property it was lovely, only one bathroom though for a property that potentially sleeps 7/8 people.
