Perfect location a few meters from the Reggia of Caserta, host very kind and helpful. It’s a room in the second floor of a central building of Caserta, fully renovated with modern and tasteful choices. Breakfast is offered in one of the best restaurant of the area: Tre Farine. We suggest very much the Residenza for a short pleasant stay in Caserta ☺️

Our host Gianpaolo was amazing. He guided us there and parked our car in the garage for us. He brought all our luggage to our room and gave us helpful information to make our stay more enjoyable. Our room was new and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The coffee and crossaint for breakfast at a nearby Cafe was delicious. We had a great stay.

Very conveniently located - close to train station, castle and city center. Clean, newly renovated room with a nice bathroom. Italian style breakfast is served at a cafe around the corner. Host ist very helpful and welcoming and met us outside the property to ensure that found everything all right. Easy communication in English.

We arrived a little late and were warmly and efficiently checked in. At late notice, Gianpaola managed to secure us a reservation at the very busy restaurant. Our bikes were safely stored in the garage (€10) Next morning, we visited the Reggia di Caserta and were able to collect our bikes and luggage early afternoon. Great stay and host.. Perfecto

2 minutes walk from the palace. walking distance to the train station and an excellent pizzeria at 100 m, very convenient place for a couple with a child. convenient for walking around the castle and the city. everything was wonderful

it just doesn’t get any better than this ! I just wish I could give 20 stars! Gianpaolo is beyond perfect. He was waiting for us outside when we drove up. Then he parked our car for us inside. (Would have been difficult for me) So … valet parking. 😄 The location is convenient to everything. Easy walks. The apartment couldn’t be better. Everything you could possibly need. Luxurious shower. Fridge, stove, super comfortable bed. A little patio outside. A 10% discount at Tre Farine and free breakfast at the bar up the street. But above all is the wonderful, gracious, helpful host Gianpaolo!

Jan Paulo is great! He was super helpful and whatever we need he gave us. It was super easy to communicate with him (mainly in English) It's the cleanest place we've ever been.

Gianpaolo was an amazingly warm and friendly host who went above and beyond for us-let us check in really early and showing us round his beautiful home and apartments after greeting us at the door with a big wave. He speaks brilliant english,both him and his wife live nearby-and is a real credit to this gem of a find in caserta! He has impeccable taste in decor and the room and apartment are scrupulously clean, modern and divine! After staying in 4 other properties on our trip around italy-my only wish was that they could all have been upto Gianpaolo's exacting standards! 5 star place and 5 star treatment-thankyou-it made our holiday😊

Absolutely nothing to dislike

exceptionally clean and well located for station, palace and Centre…recently refurbished and I had the suite with all facilities needed for a longer stay!! Gian Paolo seemed legendary from the reviews but he literally waited on the roadside to welcome me and assist with bags and has advice for all your needs, very kind and attentive.

The breakfast was delicious! If we were staying longer we would have definitely tried that same location for lunch or dinner. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

GianCarlo was greeted us so kindly by the front door of the building and helped us inside.

Gianpaolo is such a kind man, he went WAY above and beyond in every way, starting with when I notified him that we got off the train and as soon as we turned the corner we could see him outside the gate waving at us. I was traveling with my family, there were 9 of us and we reserved 3 rooms. We arrived before the scheduled check-in but he graciously let us store our bags. He had us organize our bags by room and then the bags were in the rooms waiting for us after we checked in. He told us to give him a heads up before we would be back to check-in so that he could make sure each room was cool enough for us by the time we arrived. The space is more like apartments than a hotel so there isn't a lobby with a restroom, but he arranged a way for one of our family members to change clothes before check-in and he directed us to a nearby cafe where the rest of us could use restrooms. He gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation and then stopped by at both dinner and breakfast, just to say hi and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The rooms themselves were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the tile in the bathrooms was beautiful! It is clear that he is extremely attentive to detail, takes a lot of pride in his space, and wants to ensure that each guest is comfortable and has the overall best experience. The location is unbeatable, less than a 5 minute walk to the Caserta train station and the Palace. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night. I plan to return to this gem of a place anytime I find myself back in the Caserta region in the future! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Very good and comfortable rooms. Gianpaolo is very friendly and give us good tips where to go. The breakfast in the restaurant „tre farine“ was excellent. According to Paolo‘s recommendation we try the „polacca“, which is a local filled cornetto. That was amazing. Furthermore Gianpaolo is super uncomplicated. Gianpaolo was very hospitable, responsive and helpful. We had a very wonderful and comfortable stay in Caserta! Communication was easy as he is a fluent English speaker. Gianpaolo went the extra mile to help us in every way such as assisting us in our query on the attraction tickets and even offering us bottled water when we are leaving the accommodation. The accommodation was excellent. I was impressed at how clean the accommodation was, I would rate it 10/10. The room is spacious for a couple and comes with a mini fridge. The amenities were new and functional. The property has lift access as well which was very convenient. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and definitely recommend to all who will be visiting Caserta. Thanks Gianpaolo, it’s a pleasure meeting you!

The room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very friendly and really cared about our comfort. I would definitely stay again. Being so close to the train made it easy for us, yet the room was very quiet. The breakfast certificate was at a neighboring cafe that had exceptional offering. Loved it
