Our suite was super clean and we took full advantage of the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great. Big patio decks on our level too. Ski run just outside the back door. The free shuttle meant we could go have a drink in the village and not worry about driving or parking.
Pool closes at 10, probably to keep the kid noise down for pool facing rooms, but it would have been nice to just have adult only time back there later in the evening. Bed could have been more comfortable but I’m really scraping for anything to criticize. We were very happy.
4.1
The large suite we had was totally comfortable with a King bed and nice efficiency kitchen, dining table, living room area and balcony overlooking the grounds. The pool was clean and did not seem to have too much chlorine as most hotel pools do. Delightful stay.
Most other places I stayed in BC and Alberta offered FREE parking for EV's. I'm not sure why Blackcomb Springs doesn't follow this policy. People need incentives and rewards for "doing the right thing". Provide FREE parking for EV's and THEY WILL COME!

We loved the suites, it was clean. The kitchen and the bathroom looked very nice. The bed linens are also fantastic.

good location perfect ski in/out.
parking stalls too small redo them.

La nostra suite con due camere era molto grande e comoda. Servizi ottimi. Bella posizione, un po’ fuori dal paese ma direttamente sulla pista che porta a uno dei due impianti di risalita del paese
Nulla
4.1
The rooms were clean and easily accessible.
The place and the ambience of the hotel.
4.1
Really high standard room in great condition. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Frequent free shuttle bus to get into Whistler village/upper village centre. Peaceful location.
Nothing to dislike
4.1
The setting of the hotel and buildings
The bed was far too hard. I have osteoporosis and it made my back and shoulders ache terribly
4.1
spacious enough for the family
carpets need more cleaning. $23 per night for parking is a bit pricey.
4.1
Good location on the slopes. Clean and well equipped apartment.
4.1
You can literally ski in and ski out from the trail next to the pool. The free valet ski/snowboard storage is very convenient and they really took care of our skis and snowboard. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfy!
There is not much to complain, they have two hot tubes, but when we were there, one of it is at maintenance, so the working one were always packed.

Impressy
No air conditioning. Room dark with insufficient lighting. Kitchen lacked frying pan
4.1
no air conditioning. kitchen not fully equipped.
4.1
Ski in and out
No food accesible! There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel and is far from the village
4.1
quiet, location, kitchen, ski in and out
wifi goes off frequently, have to connect several times per day. the pool is very chilly in the winter. the gym is very small.
4.1
Can't beat the price and the staff was great to deal with. Comfortable accommodations, plenty of space and the kitchen was fully equipped. Looking forward to coming back.
Gym could be better but had everything I needed.
4.1
Location, our one bedroom apartment had everything you needed & very comfortable. Staff were lovely.
4.1
The location of the hotel, the fact they allow dogs and the heated pool & jacuzzi's in winter times were great
If you are traveling with a ski-box, be prepared that you won't be able to park it in the garage (but you can dismount it and place it in a closed off area for the duration of your stay so you can still park your car)
4.1
The property is about a 10 minute walk into town along the mountain path making it both easy to get to town but also quiet retreat. Exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are comfy and shockingly well-appointed. We were able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner in the room without supplementing much more than a spice rack. The common areas are well-maintained from a games room to outdoor grills and a wonderful set of hot tubs and a pool. We brought our large dog and found the property to be dog-friendly from the welcoming staff to a convenient potty area.
4.1
Beautiful pool and hot tubs.
Zero internet connection our entire stay. Had to go to the village with my computer daily to get any work done which was highly inconvenient given the location. No running water for 8 hours one day making preparing for a evening out impossible following a day hiking. The designated adult hot tubs were full of unsupervised children all weekend. All in all, highly disappointing
4.1
The facilities, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, location, view, and quick responses to questions were all excellent. The heated swimming pool and the trees and decorations surrounding it were really beautiful. If I visit Whistler again, I will go here.
Hotel accommodation and parking fees: I think it was bound to be a bit expensive because it was a weekend.

Hot pool, rooms are amazing, free shuttle provided by city
Nothing at all
4.1
Staff were excellent, comfortable rooms.
Undercover parking
Ground floor room, room not serviced had to use the pedestal fan as room stuffy
4.1
Great access to the ski hill and lots of underground parking
4.1
The toilets flushed very loudly (pipes could be heard through the walls/from above from the other rooms) but this is the only negative thing about the property!
4.1
The staff was great and very helpful, It is a clean place and a tranquil location. The room had a small but full and well-equipped kitchen
Free transportation to the village next to the hotel!
The rooms are a bit outdated, the washroom, and elevator, just need some updating.
The price is high for the location and the basic facility and services, you pay a resort fee, and parking fee, but the coffee machine in the lobby asks for money.
Generally, Whisler is a very expensive place

A hidden gem
4.1
Spacious, good amenities
Checkin time couldve been earlier
4.1
The pool and exterior was inviting.
The room had a weird musty smell, there was no air conditioner and the bunk bed was soooo noisy and squeaky couldn’t sleep.
4.1
The pools are great. The room was spacious and comfy. The full kitchen is handy for some simple cooking. Amenities smell divine. The location is away from the upper village, but there's a free shuttle bus. You can also walk down the ski slope to Upper village.
The range hood was not connected to an exhaust pipe so that the fume was just circulating in the room. We fried some steaks and the room smelled like beef...
4.1
I liked the staff
There was no air con and it was not very handy location wise. I like Blackcomb but closer to the Blackcomb village would have been better.
There was also no onsite restaurant
