Faire du ski - Vous ne pouvez pas vous rapprocher. Quand ils font de la neige, ça tombe sur votre toit. Cet établissement skis aux pieds est situé sur la pente principale de la station de ski Sugar Mountain. Depuis votre salon, vous pouvez voir la couleur des yeux des skieurs lorsqu'ils descendent les pistes entretenues par des professionnels. Cette maison a 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Les propriétaires n'ont épargné aucune dépense en matière de confort. Tous les lits sont dotés de matelas en mousse à mémoire de marque neufs et le bungalow est équipé d'un chauffe-eau sans réservoir qui offre de l'eau chaude illimitée après une journée froide sur les pistes. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée afin que vous puissiez fournir la cuisine que votre groupe désire pendant et entre leurs courses sur la montagne. Une grande télévision avec câble dans le salon fournira des divertissements lorsque vous ne skiez pas. L'unité offre également Internet sans fil et est équipée d'une laveuse et sécheuse. Entièrement rénové en 2019, c'est un paradis pour les skieurs. Slopesider 13 est le niveau inférieur d'une maison en duplex. L'étage supérieur n'est pas loué donc pas de bruit des invités au dessus. Ce bungalow de ski peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.

If you want ski in ski out, this is it! No steps from the bottom level to the slopes and very level terrain vs other slope homes. House was plain but clean, had most everything needed in the kitchen and comfy beds. The second bathroom is on the smaller side, but the master bathroom is the very roomy. Our kids love the bunk room! There are tons of hooks throughout the home for hanging ski things, but not much closet space for true hanging clothes during other months. A few chairs in the kitchen vs just the benches would be nice, but we made it work for game nights and meals. I’d also suggest adding a few chairs outside (or pack your own camping chairs) to enjoy the nice gravel area along the slope. This condo does not have access to a deck but the gravel area is a great place to watch the action on the slopes. Definitely a great spot to enjoy the slopes and time with your travel group!

Enjoyed the property. Love the location and the view!
We had some issues with the heating system that could have been a bigger issue than it was. The property management team was considerate about the issue but couldn't resolve it prior to our departure.
Probably won't stay again.
Furnishings are nice and the best of the locations we've stayed at Sugar.

We always have a great time when we rent Slopesider 13! It is right on the slope which makes it so easy for skiing. The view is second to none. I would recommend everybody to rent this unit. There is only one issue that I don’t like about it. When you are done skiing for the night the TV doesn’t work properly you will spend 30 minutes to find one or two channels that work and they will be trying to sell you stuff! It is hilarious! No worries we will be back forever and ever!

The size and updates of the rental were great. Unfortunately our time was tainted due to the frozen pipes (No WATER for 3 days) and slowness of maintenance to respond and to correct the issue. We did love the ski in/ski out availability and the property was very clean. Would suggest adding board games, cards etc.

We had a great time at Slopesider 13, but a few practical items were missing. There were only two wine glasses, no new dishwashing sponge, no vegetable peeler and the pillows were very limited and flat or had a cotton ball feel. The trash can lid was also broken. But the location is terrific.

Don't stay here. I have a service dog and the owner told the property manager to allow the dog, the property manager came to the house on the first night we arrived to tell me we needed to remove the animal, I advised it was a service animal and by law I don't have to disclose the reason why but I did show the credentials, she still didn't want the dog here. Before I reserved the property I called because I have 2 kids under 5 they said they didn't count as the headcount, I had 10 people total 2 kids so that was fine. The owner is a stalker and has cameras and sent the property manager back because she saw too may people in the house, I told him what happened when I called numerous times to confirm and she kicked out 2 people and made them leave. I asked for a refund so I can go to a larger property and she wouldn't refund, this wasn't a good experience at all. We just saw spiders in the unit, dirty dishes when we went to use them, we swept the floor and there were toenails on the floor and we cant wait to get out of here! LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR A PLACE TO SLEEP, I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN.

Jack called 6 hours before check-in panicked and overwhelmed because the ski resort was hit with a snow storm, he told us not to come because it was all closed down. When I questioned him about providing a different property he got angry and hung up on me. Apparently Jack is also the local weatherman who decides who he thinks can make it based on where they live. I’ve seen snow taller than Jack and we made it with no problem. His office staff told me he got stuck three times that morning. Made me laugh. Jack also referred to the units owner as an ***hole. He tried to ruin our vacation but he failed.Unit says it sleeps 8......4-5 maybe. Absolutely not 8. Door code was invalid, twice. On a previous trip to sugar, we saw these homes on the ski slope and I was so happy to be able to book one of them. Super convenient for us - walk out the back door and ski down - voila! There was a lack of snow this year but that is no one's fault (in years past there was plenty of snow and it was freezing). Roads up the mountain are very narrow and windy and parking is limited (hard to turn large suv around) but that is the mountain. House had absolutely everything we needed to cook in a couple nights (local restaurants super busy and hard to get in). Beds were comfortable and nice linens. We felt like we were at home here. Perfect setup for my family of 4 plus my parents who met us there. Look forward to renting this place again next year! My parents don't ski but they enjoyed sightseeing when we skiied and then we all did Ice Skating together, meals, etc. View from the ktichen/living room was so nice while we ate meals and relaxed. The floor was durable and plenty of mats to put boots and shoes on which was great (have stayed other places with carpet and you have to take all the shoes off outside etc.) Lots of hooks to hang clothes and towels on - really well planned out. Had a few questions here and there and PM got right back to us. Highly recommend. Nice and modern and clean!

This rental was very clean and in the perfect location! We enjoyed just sitting in the living room watching our kids snowboard along with all the other people skiing and snowboarding. The home looks exactly like the pictures and was just what we expected. Very comfortable for a family of 5!

Great location and place to enjoy
The property is very good, extremely clean and very comfortable for all our family. Just unfortunate that the Ski Resort is not doing snow and it is just sad to see everything so empty all around. Will surely return as the property is excellent! Hopefully with some snow in the future.

Ahhh Slopesider#13. Perfect for our situation (2 kids and 4 adults) and we had the best time. Easy check-in. Very roomy (actually larger than what I thought from the pictures). No issues with cleanliness. Perfect location. Just a few steps and your on a green slope. I think we had more fun watching skiers from the living room and laughing than we actually did skiing. Suggestions are to add some type of fireplace under the TV, more comfortable mattresses and an option to rent the top section, but other than that perfect. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Great Property
Our kids go to Sugar Mountain snow boarding every year, we booked this property because of its location. it is clean and cozy, convenient to everything we need for the ski trip. Besides watching our own kids we really enjoyed watching other people going down the slope!
The only few minor things we struggled with was working with the thermostat (keeps on stop heating in bedrooms), not to have big enough of pans to cook for 8 People, and we only had pillows and bed covers for 6 - but the management was very nice and responded as soon as we called the next morning.
The overall experience was good, and we will consider to stay at the property again in next winter!
