I enjoyed the entire experience - the location was perfect (with plenty of food options around and safety/plenty of lighting was great!), the facility was clean (except for sticky spots around the elevator, the staff were all extremely friendly, our room was clean and comfortable.

Dirty/sticky spots in front of the elevator - I could have reported them but didn't, so that's on me.

Hotel was nice and clean.

The front desk clerk did nothing when I called down to let them know the people above me were being loud. I could hear the person in next room snoring all night. People checking in around 11-12pm and being loud.

Your staff were exceptional. Friendly is an understatement. Couldn’t have got any better service.

Only thing we found was the body soap was almost out and we didn’t have much. But forgot to tell them at the front desk upon checkout.

THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE HOTEL FELT SAFE TO STAY AT,THE BEDROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, THE HOTEL WAS NOT FAR FROM WHERE WE WERE TO ATTEND OUR NEICES WEDDING SO THAT WAS GREAT. THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS NICE THE CHOICES TO PICK FROM WERE OK, A FEW MORE CHOICES WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THOUGH.

WE WERE THEIR FOR 4 DAYS OUR ROOM HAD A BROKEN BLINDS REMOTE SO WE COULD NOT RAISE IT FOR MORE LITE,& TWO OF THE DAYS THE FIRE ALARMS WENT OFF AT NITE THAT WAS VERY CONCERNING AN NOT SURE WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS NO NOTIFICATIONS AS TO WHY THAT HAPPENED STAFF OFFERED TO MOVE US BUT WE REFUSED SINCE WE ONLY HAD A FEW MORE DAYS AT HOTEL
