Hot Tub

Good location, staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were nice and clean.

Parking lot was small.

Staff member at check in was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Mini refrigerator does not have temperature control. I travel with medication that needs refrigeration and need to know whether the temperature is at appropriate level. I could not figure out how to hook up my Roku streaming device to the TV in room. And my many calls to front desk in evening were put on hold, not answered or it was busy. I eventually gave up and did not use my Roku.

The bed was comfortable. The television worked well. The staff was kind and personable. The microwave and refrigerator worked well. The room was spacious and for the most part, looked clean. Complimentary breakfast was simple.

When we opened the door to the room I could smell what seemed to be the smell of old urine. Why didn't I say something? I don't really know. But I think I thought I could deal with it. I found the odor was coming from the bathroom. The bathroom looked clean but the smell told me something's lurking in the corners. Later, I found a ledge close to the floor that was very dusty. After wiping this down, the smell was less of urine but it was still there. When walking by the heater, I could see dust underneath the heater as well. And the trim looked like it could use a little paint. I decided I wouldn't keep looking for problems because I might find some more.

Breakfast was lame. Location is kinda tucked away. Staff was very accommodating

The location was ok. The covid breakfast sucked. The selection of food sucked. The place was clean. The parking was very limited as we had a trailer in tow. The white paint was peeling off the tub and grey doors in bathroom. The door would not open all the way in the restroom to get in. Rm 124. The paint made it hard to drain tub water-what is this? Did not notice tell went to take a bath/shower. Very poor room.

Use better paint or replace tub. Expand parking for cars with trailers. Trim the dam bathroom door so you can get in. Expand breakfast. Staff are lazy and brash at times.

couldn’t find the property at first, afterwards I got my room and it smelled like smoke. i couldn’t breathe in there, the beds looked like they weren’t made or cleaned properly. very limited towels as well

Breakfast was ok - orange juice was very bitter and milk tasted off. Waffles were great. No smoking in hotel is awesome! Guy smoking in doorway going outside was not awesome. Decent value, clean, updated, friendly staff.

There was hair in the tub from a previous guest. There was hair and dust in the floor around the beds from a previous guest. The AC seemed extra loud and rattled. Not enough towels to shower and dry off & floor very slippery without a decent sized towel or bath mat.
