There is nothing spectacular about this property.

Front Desk was rude over the phone and wouldn't cancel a reservation made in error within two mins of making it. I solved the problem myself and chose not to stay at this hotel. I travelled with family that already had a room there, that were treated horribly upon arrival too. They were accused of smoking weed, and when it was confirmed it wasn't them, the manager didn't apologize. Once I made an appearance in the lobby to meet with my family, I was able to witness in person. After a key situation, we were referred to as "you people" and told we should go back where we came from. Well it escalated further until we decided to call the police. The older front desk agent rolled her eyes and slapped papers around as we consulted with police on how to deal with their behavior, and the safe removal from the property. She even cursed at one officer as he defended us and told her she was wrong about the reason she eventually told us to leave the hotel. The front desk in its ENTIRETY is unprofessional racist, that are blatantly unconcerned about the consequences to treating people in that way. We were in town for a funeral and did not deserve this. I just dont understand how the least fitting person got this job. She clearly doesn't like her job or people of color and yet chose to work in a duty that has contact with people of all backgrounds. I have worked in front desk, HR and management roles which has me very considerate of the way I am with hotel employees. So this is all the more reason I have to feel the way I do. Her attitude and actions was unnecessary and racially charged. I am not one of those race card people. She made it know she was not fond of us. Triggered and traumatized I am more concerned about why she is still employed there. I read the reviews of this hotel, (I wish I had done this beforehand), and there were horror stories listed from several others. I guess seeing really is believing.

Lack of available TV channels and guide, lack of towel bars in bathroom and loud fan, expired elevator inspection permit, short staffed, watered down orange juice, key cards deactivated while at breakfast and before checking out.

Clean decent room good breakfast

Ice cold indoor swimming pool :/:/ room was either to hot to cold. Not worth the price.

The room was good.

The pool was not heated or the lighting for the pool was not great.

It was comfortable and I could sleep

Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants

The area was extremely busy with traffic
