Zentrale Lage, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, bequeme Checkin/Checkout Zeiten, hochwertige Ausstattung mit schöner Deko, gute Kaffeemaschine, Infos zur Geschichte des Hauses, trotz Innenstadtlage ziemlich ruhig.
Bessere Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten sowie Rollos/Plissees statt Beklebung wären schön, dann könnte man selbst entscheiden, ob man es hell oder dunkel haben oder rausschauen möchte. Das Oberlicht vom Wohnzimmer ins Schlafzimmer lässt sich leider gar nicht verdunkeln, das war für unser Kind zu hell. Außerdem war es insgesamt zwar sauber, aber der Boden war leider schlecht gesaugt/gewischt (Flecken/Schmierstreifen im Wohnzimmer und viele kleine Haare im Schlafzimmer).

So many things to like about this apartment.
1) Perfect location

3) Washing machine complete with detergent and drying rack
4) Comfortable bed

The apartment is one of the best we have stayed over the years.  it’s located right in the middle of the charming town.  The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The owner has a very exquisite taste in decorating this house. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. It's right next to the town hall and main eat street. There is an info sheet that explains the history of the apartment.
Its on the ground floor so people can easily see in. You can close the blinds but then you don't have a view

The apartment was clean, had amazing facilities and was in a perfect location right in the middle of the town. We both said it was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and are already looking at coming back next year to stay here again. If you're torn between a hotel and this apartment, I very much recommend going for the apartment. The facilities and the amount of space make this just perfect, especially if you're coming for several nights.
Nothing. We even had a bit of difficulty getting in to the apartment on arrival but the communication with the owner was great and they were on hand to help as soon as I called.
The shower does get the floor quite wet but because there was a washing machine we were able to wash and dry the towels we had to use to dry the floor so it wasnt an issue at all.

The location was perfect and the house is really nice! It was clean and orderly.
The door directly opens to the street and could pose some discomfort in terms of privacy (and safety).

For the first time, I give 10 to my stay. Apartment was very tastefully furnished. It was very clean and everything we needed was available in the house. We chose this house because it was very close to the Christmas market. You can almost see the market from the front door. Although it was very central, it was pretty quiet at night. Everything was way above our expectations. The hosts were extremely nice and understanding people. They also respond to emails very quickly. Thank you su much for everything. We want to come back again.

- apartment is very clairaudient. Opening windows to the pedestrian zone was not possible as you get the feeling that people walk through your bedroom.

The bedding was soft, and the shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, and sugar were all high quality. There were many delicious restaurants and cafes in front of the hostel, and the building was historically significant. It was convenient because it was a digital key in Germany! Each room was heated, and the refrigerator was large, so it was convenient to use.
It was an old historic street, so parking was not easy. It was located a little low on the ground, so I couldn't open the window wide. The shower booth partition was small, a lot of water flowed to the floor. I was very careful, but I should have wiped each time.
