TERRIBLE! we arrived late in the afternoon and we ran away 20 minutes later choosing for another hotel and loosing the money! we were 2 couple and 2 children. we asked to prepare the sofa in the sitting room for the children, it wasn't ready, but the problem was that the sofa was so dirty that I would never let anyone sleep there, least of all my daughter. the bed linen were in the guardrobe, but everything were foul smelling of humidity because the flat is. It missed also the toilet paper. It was the firs time that I ran away from a rent house. The owner, before kind, than he blamed the cleaning lady and never made himself heard again to proposing a reimbursement!

Great central location for a one night stopover, responsive communication from the owner.

The property is tired and in need of a really good clean. A delay in the cleaning and linen change was quickly resolved but we still had to wash cups and glasses to be able to use them - this should be a basic requirement in covid times. Departure instructions were delivered after we had left. Sofabed uncomfortable with popped springs.

The location is great.

The smell of cigarettes in a "non-smoking apartment," including cigarette butts at the terrace. Broken grate in one of the beds. Inadequate key information, which took a lot of our time. Wet towels in the washing machine.

The location was absolutelys great!

The apartment was extremely basic and not really comfortable. Please don’t visit it you’re looking for a French charming place, it’s more like an Ikea apartment that is in need of love. The beds and pillow are pretty uncomfortable. We wished there was soap at the sink (especially during covid times), but none to be found (just one little drop of dish soap left). The towels had bleach spots on it and the shower head looks very dirty. The shower itself was very uncomfortable and dirty as well. Took forever for the water to drain. Many little details would improve this place and stay, like nails on the shower curtain rod, you having to line the garbage yourself, we had to ask for where the key was instead of them including it in your instructions on how to get it, etc. Lastly, there are clear instructions on being quite during certain hours and it even days there is a noise detector in the room but then other people in the building were very loud until early in the morning. All in all, it offers a roof and a bed but that was about it.

Very nice appartament and clean and relaxed, I really liked this apartment and we will be back when we return to Reims, everything was perfect. Thank you

Absolutely nothing ,

This property is disgusting, it is a basement flat and it stinks . It is dirty , the shower is rubbish , the kitchen - facilities , utensils - all disgusting . The place really is shocking and I couldn’t wait to leave ... never to return .
