Good location and quiet. Clean and modern with a nice large, private balcony area. Greeting staff very congenial and welcoming. Good access to metro and local sites such as Acropolis and market area.

Room was too small and not as seen on the advertising site so very disappointed on arrival when spending 5 nights in very cramped quarters. Unhygienic to not be able to flush toilet paper. Should have proper waste bins.

Seemed brand new, good amenities, great location.

It was noisy through the night being close to bars and restaurants but didn’t stop us sleeping.

Emplacement dans un quartier très proche de Plaka et du quartier historique d'Athènes , nous avons visité la ville et les monuments historiques à pied!

Un personnel à l'accueil pour nous aider lorsque nous arrivons sur place , pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'appartement .

It is unique, comfortable, quiet and wonderfully decorated with robes and slippers layed out on the bed at our arrival! The kitchen had everything we needed to make tea and snack…but we didn’t need much, because there are so many great restaurants right out the door. It is perfectly situated to walk to all the sites (acropolis, museums, National garden, Partliament building). The staff were available and very helpful with anything we needed.

The location was perfect. We were surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and bars, and even walked up to the Acropolis. When we arrived our host Jorgos walked us over to a really cool rooftop bar/restaurant around the corner for brunch that we went back to for dinner. Having a Nespresso in the room for coffee was nice. Also we had a small refrigerator.

A second luggage rack would have been useful. But this is something we ran into all over Greece everywhere we stayed. Only one luggage rack.

Th room was small but clean. The outdoor room patio was good size with comfy outdoor furniture. The kitchenette was well stocked and had utilities to make coffee/ tea.

The check in area is tiny and it was tough to get checked in. The situation in the bathroom is difficult in that you have to turn on a switch 20 minutes before you want hot water for a shower. You are not allowed to flush toilet paper in the toilet. You have to place it in a trash can (gross).

The location was the best, right in the city center of everything…. Walking distance to all of the tourists attractions.

The location is perfect for Athens! We didn't use a taxi once during our stay! Most areas of interest (Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Plaka etc.) are max 15 mins away by walk. It's also about 8 mins walk from the Syntagma metro station for easy access from the airport; which takes about 35 mins. The room itself was clean and fit all our needs for a few days. Air con and shower works well (which is a must in August). Room and the gate downstairs is controlled by a code, which was nice so don't have to worry about keys. Check in process is easy and communicated via the booking.com messenger. On Friday evening there is a bar on the street which is worth checking out if you want to feel the local atmosphere. The noise doesn't really come through to the room either. Restaurants, cafes and bars are literally everywhere in this area, so you'll be spoilt for choice (including vegan places 1 min away).

If you like your space; the room might start to feel a bit small if you're staying more than 3 nights. It's a very minor point if you'll spend your time out and about. From what I could tell - you have to pay extra if you want your room maintained and bins emptied.

Everything! Clean and great location. Lovely little street and a fab bar opposite called homy. Easy to get tour buses close by and awesome little cafes and restaurants near by. Walking distance to other areas of Athens such as Monastriki and Pysri.

Could be a bit confusing to find at night maybe worth adding a picture of entrance onto the booking info.

Great check in system (all remotely) which made it super easy as we got quite late to Athens, we also got send a message with heaps of recommendations of places to see or to eat which it was a nice detail that we really appreciate it. The suite was great, kitchen very well equiped, comfortable bed, great terrace, massive TV (with Netflix etc.) and very clean. The location was just 10/10, just a few minutes walking from beautiful streets full of ambience, shops and restaurants, but you can’t hear a thing from the apartment, it’s very quiet, so we slept very very good.

I am not sure if all the suites are the same size or we might have gotten the small one as it was just a short stay, but it was quite small, the space between the bed and the wall it was very tiny and made it hard to walk around. Otherwise it would have been a 10/10.

The accommodation was in an excellent location; the host was very helpful; the room was generally very good, as were the facilities.

There were just a few things which need attention - curtains hanging off a little; toilet seat broken; shower knob broken.

The room was very spacious.

Breakfast was of a poor choice.
