Price listed did not include sheets, towels or cleaning. Host wanted another €40 for those items. Apartment smelt of damp and damp spores on some walls and in bathroom. Mezzanine bedroom means ceiling height in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom is compromised, so not comfortable for taller people.

the kitchen was small but well equiped

very small, especially the bedroom could not stand up had to walk in it broken back. owner not friendly on departure day ..has accused us of taking the cover of a fitted kitchen rubbish bin...

Great flat situated right in a city centre with easy access to everything you might need (shops, beach, casino, restaurants, bars...). Kids will enjoy a charming sleeping area on the 2nd floor which with a bit of fantasy can easily become a pirate ship or a castle ))

Everything was great! I won't recommend this flat to people with small babies and toddlers as stairs and balcony on the 2nd floor might be dangerous.

It is very well situated, in Biarritz but also within the region. All places of pays Basques are within easy reach. Just 5min by foot to get to the splendid city beach. Appartement opens to an inside court so sleeping with open window comfortably possible. Appartement very well equipped with all you need for a relaxing vacation and to enjoy all the delicious specialties of that region. Ashleigh is very supportive land lord.
