internet was out but the owner provided a quick fix to the situation.

Comfortable enough, nicer for long stay. Everything necessary to stay were there. Some program of Netflix, Canal+, etc are available. Silent area, walking distance from the station and downtown.

Wifi connection was not stable, especially in the bedroom. Must have certain smartphone literacy and be ready for use it to enter into the apartment and to access to the room. Some noises of neighbors in the night. Need to look for the parking in the street.
