Arrived with hire car trouble and met at the security gate by Jerry who manages the property. Quickly resolved our issue and was fantastic at explaining the property and keeping in touch with us. Perfect attendee and this place is proper secure. Jerry is a great ambassador in making very sure you are comfortable - great job Jerry

The 4 bed villa with garden at back and pool as fab. I don’t have any points of dislike. The garden at back was like a little oasis and the bird song in the morning was delightful. The end of the driveway security gate 3 minute walk takes you out (security code to get in and push button out crosses a small road straight onto flic en Flac beach - awesome and with beach street food you could leave house get a snack and back in 10 mins or same for supermarket. Sorry no bads to mention :)

The rooms were spacious. A/C in every room. glad for the Washing Machine.

The A/C in the Front room was leaking so couldn’t use it.

The villa was like a home away from home. Very spacious and comfortable. We loved it. Despite being in Flic en Flac, it was secluded and quiet. The host was very friendly and readily available to sort out any little issue. Thank you Frederic.

Fantastic location!! We stayed in Villa 23 of the Gold Coast Complex, probably one of the best in the complex(other looked more run down) The complex is right across the street from the beautiful Flic en flac beach. There is a boulangerie, pharmacy and a small grocery store across the street from the main entrance of the complex, a supermarket 5min walk and a fuit & vegetable stall something like 7min walk. So the location is just perfect! The complex grounds are well kept, there is someone at the gate at all times, the complex has 2 pools shared by the villas. The villas have different owners, some are rented, other seem to be vacation homes. The pool in front of our villa was cleaned every day, unfortunately we weren't able to use it since the water was too cold for us (we visited in July - the temperature dropped to 13 degrees during the night while barely raising to 20-22 during the day). The parking place is right in front of the villa, very convenient. The villa itself is large, has a very nice patio and terrace. The kitchen and living/dining room seem to have been updated more recently. The kitchen appliances worked well. The beds were comfortable. There is a large TV, you can use your netflix/disney+ subscription. Wifi worked ok on the ground floor, upstairs you could hardly browse anything. Good communication with the host and the complex manager. Cleaning service was done once per week, trash was taken twice a day.

The villa could use a good scrub top to bottom and a face lift. The quick sweep & mop between customers and the years of rental has left its toll: limestone stains in the bathroom, rust on some metal parts, stained bathroom carpets, mold stains in the bathroom. We emptied the warm water tank upon arrival trying to clean it, but I think it needs a professional service. Old furniture in the bedrooms, some window handles were broken. We only had 2 body towels per double bed, so we had to buy our own face towels and beach towels. The pots and pans and cutlery are overused, there are no more lids, some plates and glasses are chipped. Except for a bit of a dishwashing liquid, a sponge and some toilet paper there was nothing in the house. It gives you a feel of budget cuts.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation convenient for family trip. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. First day we found out the door to the beach broken, but it was fixed quickly after our notification. Garden grill for barbecue.

Cleaning could be given more attention.

Absolutely loved it, the owner is brilliant- super fast and responsive and Jerry the groundskeeper was incredible. He came with a lovely intro and refreshments to start and was incredibly attentive to our requirements. When we needed an iron for our wedding clothes he brought it quickly, when we were late returning a key he was very understanding and helpful. We have our own house in Flic En Flac nearby so I know the place well but this is perhaps one of the best locations to stay. Great swimming pool and BBQ, quiet and secluded, seconds from the beach and guarded 24/7. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

The only thing was that the pool had insects and bits floating on the surface due to the surrounding trees but it's a shared pool and management needs to address this. Filters need to be repaired which we notified them.. Few things need to be cleaned like the percolator, bbq and a noisy A/C but none of this is a major thing. It didn't detract from our stay!

The location is very good and the property is also nice and comfortable.

Too many ants. Although the owner tried his best to help out to remove them, but I guess it's a problem here anyways.

Everything was perfect! In the first villa the AC in the living room was not working, but Jerry moved us to another villa, an even better one! ❤️ He did everything for us to have an amazing stay. Thank you, Jerry! And also many thanks to Frederic for the excellent communication and the quick responses.
