Cleanliness wasn't great, restaurant was no longer open, average breakfast, parking was horrific.

To access the room you have to use a different entry in the hotel . The doors were not closing properly. The room had a shared bathroom ( I blame mostly booking.com for not making this visible ). The parking is far from the property . Breakfast is poor

The hotel states free parking but that was 1/2 a mile away, which was inconvenient with all the luggage 🧳 to be carried. No public room to relax in in the evening, no bar or coffee, tea making facilities. On the plus side rooms were comfortable and clean
The pictures on the website have no resemblance to the hotel. The Chinese buffet is permanently closed..Apart from breakfast time staff was very difficult to reach.

Nice personal. Very easy check and and smooth process. Room was very clean and new. The location is amazing since the tram is right in front of the hotel. Best value for that money.

The room is very well furnished and super confortable. The shower is great. It's very new. Breakfast was good! Good quality for a low price relatively to the area

The description made it clear ALL rooms have a private bathroom but they do not. I only ever book rooms with a private bathroom and through false advertising ended up in a tiny room with a shared bathroom. I would not have booked it had this been clear but in the facilities it stated private bathroom. The lady we spoke to said only 2 rooms have them despite me pointing out the description said all rooms. She just went on about how the £54 rate didn't include a bathroom but even looking now I find it claims to. Will never come here again and I have complained to booking.com over the false advertising. If you're ok with sharing a bathroom then come. However I booked a room that said private bathroom and didn't get one. Fuming.

Hello, the best thing is the proximity to the tram station. First, there is a restaurant that does not work. The place is dirty. The toilets are not light and very moldy. There is no customer care at all.

Overall all excellent, I have no complaints, the perfect rooms, the beds a delight, the tranquility, the area, behind the hotel you have the train that passes every 10 minutes and takes you directly to Cologne. All 100% and recommended
