Very clean and cosy flat. Extremely well equipped. A proper home from home.

Slight difficulty with online check in as I couldn't upload proof of I.D. All was sorted with a phone call to Places To Be office.

A lovely flat in a great location. Having been to the area around Gunwharf Quays previously it was lovely to see Southsea. Would be happy to stay there again :) Nice with the board games (and XBox). Thank you! The lock box worked very well too.

Great location for Portsmouth sightseeing and right on top of Southsea beach. Apartment very well equipped and comfortable.

Advertised as 'City Views', but Apartment was on first floor with only views of road at front and bushes in derelict garden at rear. Bit of a rigmarole to book, but mostly security issues. Parking for duration was cheap , but again a bit of a process. Had to watch out for raised thresholds in doorways etc.(couple of stubbed toes). Shame about dirty windows to rear. Lovely apartment in good location, but not quite as advertised.

Little things like a bit of milk in the fridge and a tea towel would have been nice , other than that fine It would have been good to have had instructions how to use the heating ie turn the boiler on or use tv in bedroom

We couldn't fault the place at all it was perfect The owner was always quick to arncer any questions and recommended places to go/eat and was friendly. Will definitely go back 😀

it was a little cold in the evening. would be good to be able to control heating, as the heating went off at 10pm. some blankets for beds would be a good extra.

The photos online present the property as a high quality spacious two bedroom flat.

Whilst the bedrooms are a good size, the kitchen is much smaller than the photograph online indicates. The folding extendable table does not seat 4 people comfortably. The sofa does not seat 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is tired. The chopping board has been well used and needs replacing. Only a thin duvet on the double bed. Perhaps an option of an additional sheet or blanket. The rear windows look out onto an over grown and unkept garden area. Given the photos of the interior of the flat, this was unexpected. Overall, the photos present a high quality flat. In reality it is distinctly average and tired.

The flat was well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful and provided assistance before and during the stay. The flat is in a good location: close to the beach.

Good size rooms. Comfortable and very homely Near to the sea / pier. They gave us coffee and tea. Good cheap parking around the corner which paid we paid in advance for parking permit.

The Living room a little dark. Possible a bright ceiling light and a lamp. However this is nick picking.

No parking outside so couldn’t use the permit we payed for. Luckily we found feee parking on the sea front. Got sent the wrong key lock code but it was all sorted in the end

Beautiful little apartment. 4 of my friends and I stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect location for us. The beach was super close and the properly was easy to find! Check in was also super easy. Will definitely be staying here again at some point 😊 the apartment was also very well equipped with facilities! Thank you 🤍

Flat is really cosy, most importantly it was proper clean! sofa was comfortable and TV had Amazon Prime Video installed so didn’t need to waste time when wanted to open something quickly for the little one. Overall I’m really happy with this stay.

3 pm check-in is a bit too late and the only downside of this place. Also, I received some texts from the host by USA phone number so don’t reply his texts lol.
