La proximité de la plage et des restaurants permet de se déplacer facilement et en toute sécurité pour toute la famille.
Sand Tusker Villa est une maison «Earth Cents» à faible consommation énergétique qui vous enveloppera de luxe. La télévision du salon propose un catalogue de plus de 1000 films et émissions de télévision. Il accepte les animaux domestiques, comprend un garage, une piscine communautaire, une allée pavée, des électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, deux ensembles de lits superposés intégrés, du parquet, des carreaux de porcelaine et des moulures. Le salon ouvert, la cuisine et les espaces extérieurs sont parfaits pour les grands rassemblements. Les balcons du salon et la chambre avant au 2e étage. Family had a great time! Cart and 4 chairs came in handy. Short walk to beach. Plenty of space for 8 people. Few updates need to be made: Interior paint needs to be refreshed. Looks like touch ups were done, but paint didn’t match. Time to replace living room rug. Dirty and stained.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. We always appreciate an updated, modern, and clean dog friendly rental. Short walk to the beach and Pompano Joes. My only complaint is there was no extra bedding. We were there for a week. Plenty of towels were provided for the bathrooms. I did not see any beach towels, so you may have bring your own. Having a washer/dryer was helpful. Would stay there again!

The place was great! 3 floors and plenty of sleeping areas. Be ready for a lot of stairs but the main floor is a nice common space. The TV Internet wasn't working initially and there was a broken door on the TV cabinet which I notified the rental owners about, and they were quick to respond. It's a very convenient location to the beach. They provided a beach cart and 4 beach chairs which was amazing!!! My only biggest wish was that they had a golf cart to make things even easier. But I can also understand why they don't because it's only a hop skip and jump away from the beautiful Emerald Coast 😍

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and very attractive. Access to the beach, pool and shopping were easy and close by.

The place was nice and clean. Definitely get a work out walking up and down all the stairs but we were ok with that. Beds are very firm…a little too much for me. Overall a nice place to stay and convenient to beach, shops and restaurants!

Wee at the Beach
The property was just as described and perfect for our party of 9! The only downside is that the "kids" room is on the 1st level so we ended up not using just strictly from a safety standpoint and being at street level. There are lots of stairs, which we handled just fine, but just an FYI. Area is very safe, there is additional parking within the complex and the check in and check out process is very, very simple. Our family would stay here again!

The Sand Tusker is a nice property. About 2 blocks from beach. No bikes or golf cart with rental. No ocean view. Very small balcony facing the backs of other rentals. The property was clean. However, very limited number of bath towels for the amount of bathrooms. TVs appeared nice but only had 3-4 main channels- everything else said must have a subscription. Very disappointing. Beds were as hard as a rock for what we paid for 4 nights/5 days. Exterior lights were not working so very dark entrance. The WORST part is the rental was the lack of HOT water for the size of the facility. 3rd floor only got had hot water if no one else showered prior. This was a huge disappointment. Would not recommend this property for anyone that can not climb stairs or has physical limitations for stairs.

Stinks
When we arrived, we of course needed water; the smell was horrible and lingered. The contact person told us to run hot water through all the faucets. That took care of the smell, but should have been done before our arrival. The unit says 12 guests; we had 9., and never had enough hot water. It was Thanksgiving week. The heat/air unit was difficult to regulate. Each bed had a sheet and thin spread for cover; there were no extras. Pictures of the inside are accurate. It probably is 400 yds. to the beach, but it is not an easy walk especially if you want to take things to the beach.

Great property
The property was great. Family enjoyed it a lot. There were some minor issues with bugs in the house (mostly in kids bedroom on lower floor) but otherwise can’t complain about anything. I would definitely go there again or recommend it to someone else.

Beautiful townhome and great use of space
Overall the townhome had a good use of space for multiple families to stay for a week. It was walkable to the beach and drivable to Destin. The only negatives were the kitchen needed more things, such as potholders, containers, etc. Also, the air conditioning was irregular between rooms. We would definitely consider renting this place again.

Great place!
Enjoyed the distance to the beach and accommodates a multi family stay nicely. Needs more pots and pans to actually cook. Some of the pans were burnt beyond use or still very dirty. It would have been nice to have a few sheet pans for the oven and a bigger skillet. Plenty of plates and dishes though. Generous amount of bathrooms. Overall good stay!

Place was nice, very clean.
Pool was fairly dirty and we had to clean it each time, which was annoying.
Parking is awful. Totally and completely awful. Do not drive 2 large vehicles. We had a Ford Truck and a Nissan 3rd row SUV and it was way too tight. It was such a pain to get in and out when everyone was parked on the “street”. Bring at least 1 compact car if you have 2 vehicles.

Really nice townhouse
This townhouse was really nice. Very clean, just as advertised. The decor was nice, loved having 2 washers/dryers. The huge showers were a hit. The walk to the beach is not bad, but wish it was right on the beach. Very close to pool. The garage door keypad did not work. We just went inside the garage to let the garage up and down.

it was good, parking was bad, no room, stairs for 3 floors made us worry about the little ones, wish i had known about the stairs. 2 blocks from the beach area was good, but learned we could have stayed ON the beach for the same money from people there. did not understand the VRBO and when booked i was working with Love Rentals, Why two companies??? but ok and good trip, minor issues. Beautiful Townhouse, handy location!
This property was very clean and in a great location. I was very satisfied with everything at the residence. The washers and dryers being on the first and third floor was an amazing feature. The master suite was amazing as well. The only thing I would say negative, is that the pool is a good size but the pictures of it are very misleading about it’s true size. It’s not nearly as massive as they make it out to be.
I will say though I’d definitely stay there again.

This home is beautiful and well equipped . we loved it the distance to the beach is great . Short ride on a bicycle and even better on a golf cart . Owner was very helpful with giving us information for this . The only complaint I have and its a small one is the parking at the home . You have an assigned spot but other renters and cleaning staff don't adhere to those rules . Its very narrow parking to begin with and everyone is in a SUV so I highly suggest parking your car and renting golf carts

2019 Holiday
The property is new and in great condition. The location to the beach is very good. The trash was not picked up the entire time we were there and the dumpsters on each end we’re past overflowing. There were trash bags all around the dumpsters. Also, the pool area was not well kept. There were dogs in the pool one day! What are people thinking? I know that these are not issues you would have contemplated, but I thought you should know. I’m sure you pay for the trash removal and upkeep of the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Location & Amazing Accommodation
The condo was perfect for our family, it felt like we never left home. The kitchen was well equipped will all the kitchen essentials. There were even sand toys for little ones. We were a short walk to the beach and running trail. It was wonderful not dealing with parking at the beach. The Condo owners were very responsive when we reached out to them. I highly recommend staying at this Condo.

Beautiful place to stay!
The Townhome was such a peaceful place to rest after a long day of tourist activities. It was stocked so well we were able to cook and do laundry too, everything I would expect from a vacation home. The property was located just a short walk from the beach. The property was very spacious and clean. The photos of the property are exactly how it is in person. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Stunning!
This house could not be more perfect for a beach vacation! It had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our family stay! The kids room was amazing and super comfy for them! It was like walking into a home instead of a rental! The beach is in walking distance and there is tons of fun stuff to do close to the house! The neighborhood is super nice and family friendly! We have found our new “beach spot”! Russ went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible! Thank you!!!
