The location and view were good.
The main bathroom was dirty, and the walls and floor had black spots.
The beds and blankets were smelly and not comfortable.
Because the property just had one key, it was difficult to access the facilities separately.
The washing machin was mentioned as available but not provided the tablet or powder to use.
By this quality, it was expensive and not worth it..

Location in Melbourne CBD, spacious apartment with two bathrooms, free parking.
The apartment keys had to be picked up and dropped off at a convenience store about 800 m from the apartment.

Great views, Netflix and wifi…loved the apartment…pool and gym was a bonus
No tv in main bedroom…queen bed would have been preferred in both rooms…couch was a little hard after a while and a 4 the seat would have been a bonus…

Location to city and facilities was excellent, bathrooms were great with washer/dryer, kitchen facilities were good. Washing powder supplied as well as body wash and shampoo and conditioner which was a nice surprise.
Beds were described as Double and XL but they looked similar size and not XL (in would think super king is XL). Only one set of keys which was a bit annoying when three people staying. No kitchen dish cloths or salt and pepper. Not a lot of toilet rolls for a week long stay.

The lounge suite isn’t very comfortable.

The communication from the host was exceptional as was our stay at the apartment. Could not fault anything

Easy to access the keys from the little shop
Two lights were flicking in the unit, one in the main bathroom and one above the door to the second bedroom.
Smoke alarm was beeping as if it was starting to go flat.
Overall unit was very clean, great location for where we needed to be.

Location was beautiful with the proximity of everything.
Towels were not of good quality at all with furs kept coming out. Also, wrong password was given to collect the keys. Very bad beginning to the trip with parents.

Location was great. Great views. Apartment comfortable and clean.
Make sure there is cleaning items available. There was no dishwashing liquid to wash dishes. Pool wasn’t available for use which was one of the reasons we booked.

The location was fabulous with easy access to Melbourne CBD and Southbank.
The Apartment was very comfortable with amazing views.
Enjoyed the stay.
HOUST.com was involved in the boooking and did not provide details for gaining access to the apartment because my "payment had not been received", althought deducted from my bank account!
Following a phone call to the Booking.com Sydney office, all the details for access to the apartment were provided.
An email from HOUST, with details for access to the apartment, was recieved some 28 hours later (the stay was almost over)!

Should have informed us that it was byo tennis racket and balls.
Swimming pool enclosure was like a greenhouse. Unbearable heat.

I did enjoy the ease of picking up the keys and getting to our room. The pool was great and the host was very helpful with my request of arrival time and check out. They were easily contactable at any time when I called and happy to help with any request
