Great experience for us. We only stayed for one night.

It took them 3 times to get us the room we booked. 3 different keys. 3 different rooms and finally my wife was so pissed we stayed in the 3rd room and it STILL wasn’t the room we booked. Probably the most outdated chain we’ve also stayed at. Usually, they keep these pretty updated. Waste for the money. Skip this one.

I grew up in Farmington and this was one of the nicest hotels in 2016. When we left, the rooms were dirty, the elevator was shaky and did not seem to be in good repair. There was no working ice machine on our floor and the pool Was out of order, The place smelled weird. The Regional manager was there, He was made aware, but just told us to get in touch with Expedia since we had booked through them

Pool was out of service and the staff wasn’t to helpful. Won’t stay there again.

Everything was great about this place it just had a sore kind of smell to it through the whole building

Pool closed. Hot tub closed. Reserved a king bed but none available so got a queen. Lobby reeked like some major sewage dump occurred. No lotion in room.

Get the pool and spa fixed.Security is needed and visibly present so that street people don't wander around the hotel.yes, that happened twice.They were very drunk riding up and down the elevator. Safety should be implemented for the guests and employees.

First room has serious drainage issue in bathroom. Eventually got moved to another room.

The stay was great. All the employees were friendly and greeted me with a smile. And the hotel location is great for accessing the river walk.

No pool, hot water in shower not hot microwave did not work maids knocking on doors at 8:30 even when do no disturb sign up

Was a late check in and I had my grand baby with us. As I was getting out of the vehicle to check in the hostess was at the desk talking to some one and then there was pizza delivery person waiting for the doors to be opened and t didn’t get to the doors on time to walk in but as I walked in everyone disappeared and I stood at the door with my family and I had our baby. It was cold and on one came back out to open the doors I rang the doorbell and still now one I say about 10 mins passed and finally the pizza came bk and the doors opened and then we all got inside, then we waited and waited for another 15 mins and finally the lady came out with a surprised look and asked how did u get in. By the time I was upset because we waited out in the cold for more then 10 mins. Then she tells me the door bell is broken. Grrrrr I guess nothing no one works there. Probably the last time I’m booking at this hotel

The room was clean. Only complaint was the coffee set up was not complete.

Recently renovated so there were noticeable changes to the decor and color schemes. The hotel corridors and public spaces are nice and welcoming. The main entrance and lobby area is spacious and inviting. There are plenty of spaces for one to socialize, or just simply relax. The outdoor courtyard adjacent to the walking trails is a pleasant space. The rooms and its amenities are exceptional. The bed mattresses were firm and comfortable.

I stayed here in July and it was not listed on the website that the hot tub and pool was not in service, I booked again in Dec and to my surprised it still was not in service.

Fast check in. Staff are very nice.
