Vous aurez un bain à remous privé pour détendre ces muscles fatigués à la fin d'une journée pleine d'activité. Le grand garage chauffé a beaucoup de place même avec un grand SUV. Après une journée de ski, vous pouvez revenir dans une zone tapissée avec un banc ainsi que des vêtements et des porte-skis pour six. Cette zone de changement a tout, y compris les chauffe-bottes. Great location, good value, comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable. It was an easy walk to lifts and lodge which is great. Also a short walk to town. Kitchen was nice and everything worked well. Bathrooms were nice too.

This was a great location unfortunately the Check in process was painful as the address listed does not show the actual condo so it took over 2 hours to get in and find help from the company that kept us on the phone for a very long time - once inside the AC was extremely loud in the bedroom was impossible to sleep and could ear it even with the ear plugs - they needed to replace the AC clearly and instead they rented out as is causing us to leave this honest review…

Great location and nice property that was reasonably priced for our stay. Property had everything necessary to cook, clean, and so forth--thanks to the owners who left extra supplies (not Vacasa/the property managers). We found extra TP, paper towels, laundry soap, even Windex for our use left by the owners in the laundry room! HUGE KUDOS AND POINTS FOR THE OWNERS because of the extra TP because we were in a pinch when we ran out and couldn't find any! Vacasa informrd us that they only leave a starter pack for residents!!! 4 little rolls of toilet paper just isn't enough...and I had even put 6 people on our reservation. I wasn't used to the master foam mattress type but figured it out. Was nice to try it without buying! People seem to live them. I'm not a TV person, especially when I travel, but if you are there are two small TVs--not the now 'standard' monster TVs many are used to. It was all most excellentv aside from our TP debacle but that has nothing to do with the property, location and so forth!

We had a great stay. Close to everything. Property was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Area is quiet. Neighbors are friendly! Would consider staying here again. There are lots of notes around the property that pertain to winter guests that might seem like a lot, but we were there in summer so it wasn’t an issue!

It’s unusual for me to leave a review. It’s not something I waste my time on. Based on the conditions in this home and your lack of knowledge of the circumstances, I have decided to enlighten you. Don’t forget, this is something you asked me to do.
1. This home has 6 thermostats and each one has instructions as to where the temperature should be set. I’ve never seen a home with individual electric heaters for each room. The thermostat in the living room had a max temperature of 70 degrees which was inadequate and the room was cold and drafty. The master bathroom had a thermostat that had to be left at 75 degrees or the pipes would freeze. Because the fans in the heaters were so noisy and the master bedroom was so hot from the heat pouring in from the bathroom, we couldn’t sleep in the master bedroom and had to evacuate to a lower level to sleep on the queen-sized bed instead of the king upstairs.
2. There are instructions posted throughout the home and a book of instructions to read which indicates to me that someone knows how screwed up this place is and are unwilling to fix the problems.
3. There are six ski boot heaters advertised in the listing. All six are inoperative.
4. Half the jets in the hot tub do not work.
5. The electric garage door opener is broken. The sensor at the bottom has been knocked off and is damaged. This forces you to hold the button until it completely closes which bypasses the safety mechanism that prevents injury to someone in the path of the closing door.
6. The microwave is from the 1980’s and is so loud, you might think it’s about to explode.
7. The furniture is ‘shot out’. The loveseat and two chairs should have been replaced years ago. There is no support from the cushions whatsoever. The dining room chairs are hard and uncomfortable.
8. The internet is also from the 1980’s and is just a little bit better than dial-up. The speed is ridiculously slow and the reception nonexistent in parts of the home.
9. The location of the home is good if you’re planning on skiing, but it should be spelled out more clearly that it’s at least a ten-minute walk on a snowmobile path in ski boots to get to the nearest ski lift.
This home is a perfect example of someone who puts all the rental proceeds into their pocket instead of completing required maintenance and upkeep. Why no one has recognized these problems is beyond me. The owner, Vacasa, and VRBO should be ashamed to list this house for rent.

This is a nice place for the price and it was fine for 2 adults. I loved having the garage since it snowed while we were there. I would stay in this area again, maybe not this unit though. Just a few FYI’s:
It sleeps 6 but only has seating for 4 people in the living room
Small tv in upper corner of living room that only 2 people when seated can watch, also Very Basic cable channels
Spa bathtub does not work
Living room blinds are inoperable
Carpet needs cleaning. Lots of stains

It was very easy to book this property and check in. Extremely well stocked property; From house keys to towels to supplies to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would ever need. Parking in a garage laundry a hot tub.

This house provided great value for the location, walkable to skiing and town. The house was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the heated garage, private hot tub, master suite and nice laundry room. The kitchen was well stocked. This unit is pretty small and could use some updates. The twin beds are best for younger kids. But overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property for anyone looking for an affordable place in a great location.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and loved every minute! The home has thoughtful touches sprinkled thru out and is in a fantastic location footsteps from the bike path. Easy stroll downtown. This condo gives your party access to hiking, fishing, skiing, biking and not a far work into town for great restaurants and shopping. Great back patio with a hot tub. Clean and wonderful place. Definitely will be back!

Property is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and convenient to town and skiing. Heated garage with boot warmers and hot tub were great for a family ski trip. Soap and shampoo provided could be a bit nicer and oddly the property manager did not respond to our one small request but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great townhouse close to skiing, town and restaurants.
We had a great stay. The property managers were easy to work with and responsive. The townhouse was in great condition, clean and nicely decorated. We come to Ketchum often and this is one of the nicest places we have ever rented. We will stay here again if it is available.

Having stayed in Ketchum / Sun Valley a couple times a year for the past 10 years this is my go to place for all the reasons you want in a rental. Clean, appointments and location. Already booked it for Ski Season.

Very Nice, Exceptionally Clean
The condo was perfect for our needs. The Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the furniture was comfortable. The price was really good in relation to comparable units and the unit was cleaner than any vacation rental we have rented in the past. Karen was a pleasure to work with! She made sure we had everything we needed.

We used the gas fireplace every night as it's so easy to turn on & off. Although the dining table looks small in the pictures, it does expand and unfolds to seat six comfortably. Bird Drive is a fabulous Ketchum location and you can easily walk to downtown for dinner or shopping if you are so inclined. It's also just about a 2 minute walk to access the Big Wood River trail. We loved it!

Great place to call home for a week! Great lay out and everything from kitchen to garage is there! About only thing we had a problem with was krurig coffee maker; our bad as we didn't know how to make 8 cups without doing two at a time! All in all just a wonderful place!
