Televisions in every room
They could have responded on time when told the burner was faulty.

nice size house, comfortable beds. plenty pots, pans and crockery. Tv in every room, wifi. nice size table for everyone to sit round.
leaking skylight above the bed downstairs. on arrival there wasn’t enough towels and only one bed had been made up.
there was rubbish outside the back door to the downstairs bedroom.

close to amenities and easily accessible to town
Smelled like camping, no bin bags or facilities to split rubbish into groups. No batteries in bedroom remote controls, living room Virgin TV remote missing. informed the company but nothing could be done as it was a weekend. Old cobwebs in corners of downstairs bedroom.

Location to work
The house was so small,no where to put fold up clothes,draining board size for 1 person, downstairs bathroom smelt of mould and we thought it was disgusting that you had to pay for gas and electric key when you paid loads never had this before,just what you want when you have been working all day gas turned off while having a shower plus you could only buy gas and electric on them at the post office so had to go while work break not happy

Accessing the property was really easy, clear instructions. It was perfectly pleasant, good to have 3 bedrooms and all the linen was really nice. Parking on the road outside was really handy (although the property is in a strange location). Communication with the hosts was really easy and our queries answered promptly.
When we arrived there was a bag of rubbish outside the front door and we then discovered a load of bags of rubbish outside the back door. It was not promoted as having outside space and we didn't need to go out back but it was still quite unattractive. The house smelt of smoke when we arrived which wasn't pleasant and while it was perfectly fine, we felt that it was quite tired and it didn't really look as smart or new as the photos showed. There were a few things that were broken (blinds, rubbish bin)

The property was very clean. We did not have frying pan to make pan cakes, it was delivered in no time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
It would have been nice to have an extra toilet. And wardrobe in the bedrooms would be good as well.

Fantastic property and in a perfect location to where we were working. Our electrician found everything from the communication from the hosts to the place itself was excellent. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had everything in it he required for a very much home from home stay.

The house was very clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately my work trip got cut short due to a coronavirus situation where I was working,I emailed them to see if I could get a refund on my two remaining nights that I wouldn't be there but they wouldn't budge.
Also had to pay them a £150 deposit incase anything got damaged and it took them upto 7 days to repay it.
