I am not happy with booking.com. They don't have good review system. Some hotels were rated in stars and some in numbers which I found useless. Secondly, I don't think they verify hotel information. Now coming to the hotel, First of all, that cafe photo is fake. There is no cafe. There is no parking space. No wifi. In fact you don't get even a regular cell network in the room. Only managed to get few bars on Airtel but rest all failed. We booked a room with breakfast and yet no one asked about breakfast, We had to ask them but looking at the overall nature of hotel we decided not to take it. One of the biggest flaws is that room has no view and I mean it literally. Both the windows had a dirty view of the neighboring building's roof. No 24hrs hot water since it's solar-based. You have to tell them quite a lot of times then they start it. Also, there is no way to communicate with reception since there is no phone and the bell that they have given doesn't work. So every time we had to climb down 2 floors to talk to them since there was no network too so couldn't call them either. Beds were plastic covered so they made horrible noise whenever you change positions. No one comes to clean your room. we had to tell them many times to clean the room. It seemed like a family-owned hotel so there was no proper staff. One of them wasn't too keen on helping with anything. He always had an attitude like he was doing a favor to us. The locality is also not so great. Even if you plan to roam around the entire day and just want a hotel to spend the night even then I wouldn't recommend it considering we found out there are quite a few hotels with similar prices and are better than this. Overall I am not happy with the experience. I was never expecting it to be too good considering the price point but it failed even those expectations.
