Very dirty hotel,absolutely hopeless, beds were bad,bad pillows, no hot water, towels were very bad, breakfast was pathetic. I dont understand how Treebo has certified this hotel. They show good pics of rooms online, but in reality its totally hopeless.

staff was friendly and readily available to help, organised taxi to tour around mahabaleshwar at reasonable price
poor network in this area, wifi was fluctuating and unavailable most of the time

Good hotel room and breakfast
Staff is not good not even manager they all want money i lost the key and they where asking me to pay 2000 soo i tell them let me speak to the owner but they refused and say’s i have to pay a amount of 2000 even the lock was not that much costly and they had an extra key even then they took 2000 from me

Rooms are clean and neat, Room service is good, overall room stay experience was fine. Breakfast was good.
Rooms are small in size, delux room should have little more space required. Hot water was not available, Geyser facility not available only solar system is available, which is not enough to provide hot water in rainy or winter season. Restaurant was very expensive as considering taste of the food. Most of the menu from restaurant menu card was not available to serve.

It's not 3 star, as mentioned in the site. Location close to Venna lake.
Rooms, cleanliness need vast improvement. Wifi very erratic, and slow. We ended up using our data. Restaurant is OK.

Location is good, it's on main roar near by Venna lake. If you are travelling via bus you can get down in front of hotel but you need to view the map of the location much in advance so that you can get down once arrives.
All types of food is available near by restaurants..Chinese, maharashtrin thadi,south indian, panjabi.
Room space is enough.
Only 2 to 3 items were available in Breakfast and taste was ok.
Hot water issues, even the water was coming dirty couple of times during our stay.
Had to pay extra for one person..we had booked three rooms having seven person but still they had asked to pay the extra for the one person.

I am very familiar with winter town hotel. This is my 4th time to stay in hotel.

Cleanliness, staff behavior. Room were comfortable.
1. Behavior of santosh was worst. Very arrogant.
2. One day aalu paratha was available in night and one day it was told that it will be available only in morning breakfast. Very confusing. Does not have items mentioned in menu.
3. Complimentary breakfast was very poor. Quality not good.
4. Two night I stayed in one room and last 3rd night I was shifted to other room stating that there will be some work in that room. But actually that room was allotted to one group of people, because they wanted their rooms to be alloted beside. This is truly UNPROFESSIONAL.
5. Room toilet door lock was not working.

property is nearby to Venna lake and other prominent locations
about the staff…so ideally 2 days 2 bottles is mineral water is complimentary…we dint ask for room cleaning so they dint give the complimentary water bottle…only if cleaning is given they will give bottle else no…how illogical…for a 20 rs. bottle they were charging 26 which was very disappointing

Good hotel in budget. Close to Venna lake.
Limited tea/coffee pouches.
Lot of water is wasted till we get hot water from the solar geyser. Instead electric geyser should be used to avoid such a criminal waste of water. Liquid soap dispenser is placed at such a height that only shower bath can be taken, bucket bath is inconvenient.

Breakfast is not up to the mark, out of 3 days stay 2 days breakfast was cold and not having facility to warm it.
