entiendo que egipto este pasando por malos tiempos pero el personal te ve todo el tiempo con cara de dollar.

La habitación, el hotel entero es bonito, la piscina, la terraza donde comes, los trabajadores muy amables.

La ubicación porque es un entorno más rural, menos accesible porque esta al otro lado del río pero desde el hotel te facilitan transportes/taxistas.

Being on the West bank, means sometimes the place is subjected to rolling power cuts it seems. Had a large room, but no chairs in the room. Really strange

En si el hotel es muy bonito, alejado de la zona centrica. Buena higiene en la habitación y sus comidas estaban súper! El anfitrión tenía muy buena disposición.

L' hotel è situato in una zona poco turistica, vicino all' isola delle banane, perfetta se ci si vuole rilassare. Lo staff è disponibile e gentile. Colazione abbondante comprendente anche qualche piatto "occidentale". Dalla terrazza sul tetto col bar/sala colazione e dal balcone in camera si ha una splendida vista del Nilo e della città.

Purtroppo essendo in una zona poco turistica raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche in autonomia è un po' complicato.

Le petit déjeuner local varié, le rooftoop avec une vue incroyable sur le Nil le centre ville et le coucher de soleil le soir juste magnifique. La chambre spacieuse et propre

Gleich um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Shop für Getränke und Snacks.  Leider befinden sich jegliche andere Restaurantoptionen zu weit entfernt und müssen immer mit einem Taxi bewältigt werden.

Although it is meant to be a 2 star hotel, the rooms we got were very spacious. Good ac and fan. Great service with a smile by Zach and all staff. There were some small niggles like internet not working, not enough toilet roll but they were immediately attended to. Couldn't work out a way to easily visit places. Not a big issue for us as we had already visited many attractions in Luxor and only wanted to buy some souvenirs. Someone from the hotel will happily take you to a restaurant for lunch and an alabaster place for souvenirs but if that's not what you want then you have to plan something yourself. We fully enjoyed our restful end of Egypt stay with some very nice food at the in house restaurant.

- l’eau froide de la douche - la piscine un peu trouble - le staff (manager qui nous harcèle pour payer notre séjour qui a déjà été payé, l’hôtel a reçu des appels de booking.com suite à notre appel à l’aide et la communication au sein de l’hôtel n’a pas été bonne // on prend mon numéros WhatsApp pour ensuite me harceler par message dans une langue que je ne parle pas même si à plusieurs reprises je l’ai dit, pour qu’au final une fois partie ça continue et que ça finisse en demande en mariage car on m’a trouvé belle)

Clim non fonctionnel la première nuit. Internet non fonctionnel malgré nos demandes. Coupure de courant quotidienne (1h/j ). Pas d'eau chaude, ou pas d'eau froide suivant la chambre que vous avez. Peu de filtrage de la piscine, la pompe ne fonctionne que 2h max par jour. Pour info, il faut compter 900LE par aller retour pour aller dans le centre de Luxor.

Everything was amazing! They took care of us like family. The rooms were excellent. Lovely swimming pool and lush green surrounding gardens . I felt like this was an instagrammable place. They took us everywhere at unbelievable prices. Can't wait to bring our family back here. ❤️ and the food from the restaurant was the best we ate in egypt 🇪🇬

Perfect apartment for a family! Multiple clean, spacious rooms with an amazing view. Balcony in every room. Clean kitchen and spacious living room. Also the rooftop where you could have breakfast and dinner was beautiful and the meals were nicely portioned and tasty. The host is extremely helpful and very kind. Also the other employees are friendly! Next to the complex are multiple small supermarkts where you can buy snacks and the Egyptian Nubian village restaurant where you can have a traditional Egyptian meal made from scratch. Would definitely recommend!

Only the location is a little further away from the centre, but that also means it is very quiet and peaceful at night. You need to take a bus for 10min to the ferry and then take the ferry to the mainland.

I liked the quite area the hotel located at and the view and the staff was polite and helping always smile special thanks for Abdullah the manager and to chef Ahmed they are really nice people

I didn't like that is no stores nearby you have to order transportation through the staff or on your own , or just walk about 10 to 15 minutes to take a falouka to pass from west bank to east bank but it's still good experience

great property, great facilities and what to say about the stuff. cash is always willing to help the best possible and made our stay very enjoyable.

Very quiet hotel in a quiet spot... in the middle of the village. The room had a kitchenette good size bed and clean bathroom, all in working order. .

Great looks from the roof terrace, and if you're lucky then from your room. Airy room, plenty of space, great beds. Really quiet location! Well... the location is rather a village, with a bit of village sounds :) The approach might make you wonder "am I really coming here?" but don't be alarmed, you're coming to a great place! We were greeted by Abdullah, who was super kind and helpful throughout our stay - and also the rest of the staff, but our man was Abdullah. Zak, the manager offers you to help organize everything, if it's for day trips, or shorter programs, or a dropoff to the East bank of Luxor, or even to/from 300+ kilometers... and it will be organized well! Just be prepared to settle the bill - everyone in Egypt welcomes greenbacks, this place is no different. Breakfast is a great start of day, and if you want to eat dinner in the hotel, they'll cook for you. Or you can cook yourself, these are real apartments. Yet, here's my secret tip: don't forget to try the Old Egyptian Village Restaurant experience, literally around the block. All in all, you could easily spend a week or more in this place, having it as your base camp. Pool is also nice, even with kids.

I guess the only thing was the bathroom was not very modern and nice and super clean... but then... we had plenty of hot water, large and clean and soft towels, nothing to really complain about. Also, for splitting hairs, the 'living room' had no window... so don't spend your time inside, spend it on any of the terraces, or at the pool, or just anywhere else. Be prepared for mosquitos though - still, you're coming to the river, no surprise :)

The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. Mr . Zak was very helpful nice man who arranged transport and day trips to the sights we wanted to go to.also Mr.Zak arranged a great lunch for us the the moon vally restaurant which is open buffet it was delicious food and good value for money . Mr Alaa was the chef At the Hotel The rooms were big and clean, comfortable and homely. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing. The rooftop is nice to sit on in the evenings with tables and coffee and tea served to relax and unwind after a long day. We had an incredible holiday and would stay here again. Thanks Mr. Zak and the team !

The location is a far from the centre, it is not on the Nile as suggested but a 7 minute drive from the docks. You cant go out walking. However staff were happy to arrange transport when needed.

The most terrible location ever. If you stay here, use the Ferry (don't go with the local fishermen) you only pay 5 egp using the Ferry to cross over to the East bank. If you need tours or rides to Valley of the kings etc. don’t go through the Hotel. They send their friends who will over charge you. 500 egp to take you to Valley of the kings - ridiculous prices. Breakfast 2/10 - the cheese was salty. Avoid this place if you can.

If you are still in doubt, go for it. The magnificent view from the rooftop is just unreal, the food is delicious and the people there is fantastic. Thanks again Zak for making our holidays easyer and looking after us so efficiently, special mention to Abdalla, one of the hardest workers ever seen always smiling and a great chef. Very faaaaarr from city. That's it. But i think the main defenition of a Villa is far from any noice. So no problem
