Close to beach
Poor staff support..dirty kitchen with basic like spoons missing...hot water only in one bathroom

Caretaker Pintu ji was good and helpful.
Extra utensil and gas stove is available on charge basis.

Nothing.Only pintu babu was helpful.
It's location is far away from swargadar and jagannath temple. To visit swargadar you have to pay 150-200 everytime.
No good restaurants nearby for meal.
There is no view from the room/balcony.You can see only the wall if you open any door/window.

We had the pleasure of staying at LN Beach Homestay in Puri for 4 wonderful nights, and it was an exceptional experience. Beyond its perfect location, LN Beach Homestay offers a range of amenities and attractions within arm's reach, making it an ideal base for exploring Puri.
What truly sets this homestay apart is its impeccable cleanliness and the attentiveness of the caretaker. Every corner of the homestay exudes tidiness, and the caretaker's cooperative and hospitable nature added immensely to our comfort. The presence of essential amenities such as AC, a fridge, a well-equipped kitchen, and reliable Wi-Fi further enhanced our stay.
The reasonable pricing was an added delight, offering great value for such a comfortable and convenient stay. The serene and family-friendly atmosphere of the homestay added to the charm, making it an ideal destination for a peaceful getaway.
Our family of five, including three adults and two children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The homestay provided a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. One highlight worth mentioning is their efficient travel arrangement service, which allowed us to explore nearby areas like Konark, Bhubaneswar, and Puri's local attractions at an affordable price.

If u r going for a devotional tour this can be one of the best stays. The staff will be in contact with you from start to end of the journey. They will arrange you the facilities that you need. You will be satisfied and also feel worth it Finally it is very good.
Nothing that matters much few things are there but can be negligible.

Homely environment. The locality. Facilities provided in the apartment. Near by to railway station. It's just 10-15mins away. Auto will take 120 rupees to reach swargodwar beach. Toto will take 50 rupees to reach Golden beach. Near by beach in 2 mins walking distance. If you prefer calm place to stay you can go for it. Can easily get transport from the apartment building.

It's an entire apartment that can easily sleep 6 people. It's a great space for a family. it has a basic kitchenette with basic amenities - an induction stove top, with a saucepan and plates and cups and bowls and glasses and spoons. It also has an RO water filter. that way we didn't have to buy water. a few days we made our own breakfast and tea/coffee also. There's also a stand to dry clothes. has a TV and Wi-Fi also, which we didn't use. space was sufficiently clean. has two bathrooms although only one has a geyser. we were three people traveling so that was enough for us. the host and the caretaker were very helpful. the caretaker is available whenever you call him. he also helped us with tours and arranging transport at odd hours.
The distance from the beach is a two-minute walk. it's not a very crowded beach also. modes of transportation like autos and electric rickshaws are half minute walk away from 5:30 am to 12:00 pm. not too far from the temple, not too far from puri beach or swargdwar or the railway station. at the same time it's not a very overcrowded area. overall a very very convenient choice. lots of restaurants and easily servicable by swiggy/zomato as well. there are lots of general needs shops also.
None of these are problems, but would help to improve:
1. the balcony is unbarred (no grills). Since we don't know how safe the locality is, we kept the balcony doors closed even during the day
2. The windows don't have mosquito mesh so you can't open them as mosquitos come in. That makes the space a little unventilated. We kept the exhaust fan in the kitchen on for ventilation.
3. the taps were a little leaky, which is not a problem for guests but for the owner.

Room is good and comfortable. space is sufficient for family.
Facilities i.e. gyser not working fine, water flow is very low and induction provided but when power supply cut option of cooking gas is not provided in room, cooking gas utilization will be in store room. POS machine not available and not informed by host while contacted. maximum cupboard are locked by owner.

Considering it's homestay and not Hotel, we have enjoyed staying here...it was comfortable and equipped with all modern facilities what you would need to stay comfortably. Price is reasonable not cheap. Sea beach is 2 mins walk from room. Care taker Shubham of the property will do his best to make your stay pleasent.
No sea view or outside view. Nearby restaurants are not good...so your options are very limited if you are fussy about food taste and quality.

It was our lovely and the best home stay experience we ever stayed and the care taker was also very humble and he everyday called by himself for any help and the kitchen and bathrooms were also cleaned...

We didn't get the room we opted for, instead we got ground floor room. No lift facilities, otherwise all good.

There should be facility of generator as many times electricity cut off ,at that time A/C is not working .

This property is really very luxurious which beyond our expectation, interior design very nice, fully furnish as like your home, fully air conditioned studio room, Caretaker Mr.Pintu is very humble & obediently respond person, this property is just beside of beach, 5 person can staying comfortable.
