The house ambiance is good with all the decorations.

Difficult to find the place as the sign board was not easy to locate during evening time and the provided phone number was switched off. The bathroom smelled cigarette.

very friendly and helpful staff. clean room and facilities. good location on the edge of all the mayhem. easy to access. good off street parking for bike.

two main concerns. 1. non smoking property inside, but people allowed to smoke outside front door, which is under some of the rooms’ windows. filled the room with cigarette smoke. 2. woke early to go for a walk and found the front door barred and locked. no key. huge fire hazard safety issue. felt trapped for about 30 minutes until I was able to raise someone on a phone.

The location is great and the caretakers are awesome.

The comforters can have covers which could be washed between stays. The doors could use a bit of sound-proofing., The rest was really great.

It's my second stay, Location and hospitality is perfect.. very nice behaviour from the caretakers.

Mr Mishra (the owner) and Raja (the caretaker) were extremely helpful and respectful. Being a solo female traveller I felt completely safe, and I could always contact the owner or the caretaker if I needed any help with anything from things at the accommodation, transport or general info about the local area/attractions. Mr. Mishra made sure I felt very comfortable at the property and was a true gentleman. Raja was always at hand for anything I needed, always just a phone call away! The property is walking distance both to jagannath temple and the beach.

The staff was good. Decent parking space.

The location is not value for money. The door lock was broken there is no power backup available. The bed is a little hard. I paid 2500 for a family room but it was not at all value for money.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The support staff was hospitable and cheerful.
