The layout of the apartment and the location were great.

The property wasn’t clean or maintained well. Bathroom hooks and tvs were pulled out of the wall. Toe kicks were missing from bathroom and kitchen so if you dropped something you risked it rolling under filthy under cabinet space. Furniture and curtains had large stains. Several of the pots/pans had caked on food. The dryer did not work and we had to unplug it to keep it from beeping all night. Found a dirty knife in one of the sliding door tracks. Pillows were very cheap and flat. There was a large food/blood smear in master bedroom wall. There was a very loud and drunk group there that did foul language karaoke in the pool so loud that we could hear with the doors closed until late at night. This went on several nights. It made the pool almost unbearable for any other guests. We spoke to security about it multiple times and they did nothing. I’m sure that’s not all the time but it did take away from our stay. I contacted the property during stay and told them we weren’t pleased with cleanliness and they thanked me for my feedback but offered to do nothing to remedy the situation.

Light bulbs were missing.. closet on the balcony full of junk.. drapes had holes in Living area..

Location was great and it was convenient to be right on the beach. The view from the room was amazing with a large patio area. We liked the room alot and it was great to have a kitchen and mutiple bedrooms for our family.

1 elevator was out of service during our stay. The hot tub was down constantly during our stay. There was fire alarm testing during 1 of the days during our stay. During the fire sprinkler inspection, the inspector had a key to get into our room without our approval and just walked right in, which was very wierd.

I loved everything about the property, I especially loved that we had a security guard.

I don’t have anything bad to say about it.

The location was excellent, and our view was great

It needs a deep cleaning, the washer is full of mold and the furniture in the living room is very dirty. There is no silverware except knives…no forks, no spoons anywhere. There is pictures missing from the walls.

I like the space and the location. The closeness to the beach

On our first day woken up by construction early in the morning. We could not sit outside to enjoy the view because we have the scrap folder in front our view. The noise very loud from the construction and hard to hear one another this day. We have three different sets of family joining to this stay. The fact we were told only two cars allowed but parking on the premises available. This was not the fact. We were told we would have to park a mile and a half at public parking. This was crazy to make a family have to park this far away from where we are staying and paying for. Other than this we loved the location but this could have been a better stay without construction and parking issues
