We were notified 2 days prior to arriving that our original condo 401 was flooded due to a busted pipe on the floor above but was reassured this one was a nicer condo on the penthouse level lol! The furniture in the living room and dining need to be trashed they are dirty and looked like they were bought from the goodwill. That picture they show makes this condo look beautiful. Its far from it. Hallways smelled like cat urine. Lazy river and pool were closed "due to weather" when every other condo around us was open and it was nice and sunny out. I've always stayed at a Phoenix West while staying in Orange Beach and this is by far the worst one. Management was rude when I called. They did call back and left a message and said they would receive a $500 credit for the inconvenience.

Property was as listed. Great location, comfortable and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Only negative thing was some of the furniture was worn out and broken which is understandable for a rental and window in front bedroom had light shining through all hours of the day and night and needs a blackout curtain for light sleepers.

Condo was nice, facilities very nice, pool was excellent. The only complaint is that all of the mattresses will kill your back by the end of the week. We highly recommend investing in new ones before we come back next year.

The condo was very nice, and decorated very tastefully. The view was awesome. The only problem was the non cleanliness of it. After driving for 10 hours, with 13 people, it was a bit disappointing to find dirty linens on the beds.I had to wash those before we could go to bed. The couch pullout had food everywhere and the mattress cover had to be washed as well. The coffee pots both had old coffee grounds and a used pod in them. The blankets in the closet smelled like old pee. They had to be sanitized also.If advertised to sleep 14, then it should be equipped for 14. We had to buy a pot to cook spaghetti. Then we had to go buy a cookie sheet to cook biscuits. Then a cake pan. However, there were 4 coffee pots and 2 crock pots. They ask to not bring any glass to the grill area, but there is nothing plastic in the unit. Not even a rubbermaid bowl to put anything in. The tvs were good. The furniture was comfortable. The location was great.The kids enjoyed the pool and the slide when they got tired of the sand. I would recommend that the owners survey the amenities and hire a new cleaning service. The rugs need a deep cleaning and the covers on all the beds.

We were six adults and four children from three generations. This condo was a perfect location for our family. The rooms were spacious and the furnishings comfortable for all. We even commandeered one of the small bathroom for the two year old to have a quiet place to sleep. The lazy river and inside pool was a favorite.

I'll start with the positives - it was clean when we arrived, the common areas like the hall and the elevator were well maintained, the beach was not shelly in this area, there was plenty of space for our party, and my kids enjoyed the lazy river and slide a lot! Good overall location.Some cons - the sheets on several of the beds were pilling and uncomfortable with sharpie on some of them, there was a 16x16 floor tile left on the balcony that posed a huge safety risk for those in our condo and below (as it almost slid off the balcony during a rain event), a bedroom with queens you couldn't open the doors all the way, the bedrooms with windows stayed hotter than the other parts of the unit, the host was hard to get in touch with regarding check in times, and you were required to wear a wristband on property (not sure why), and just some general deferred maintenance like one of the shower/tub combos had a terrible sliding door that didn't work.

Perfect sized condo for the group size we had! The furniture in the picture of the living room don’t match the current furniture - but I can say the recliners in the condo are so comfy!! I was trying to find the brand so I can buy one for my house!
Only a few downfalls, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. If your crew likes to cook big meals, then I suggest bringing your own pots. We forgot ours and had to go buy two which seemed really hard to find close by! And not enough kitchen towels or bath wash cloths, so we went purchase a few more for the week to avoid having to wash washcloths twice a day.
Ample storage, wet bar with ice machine, plenty of furniture on the balcony, lots of extra blankets, beds were comfy, gorgeous views from the 22nd floor. The kids loved the floor to ceiling windows!

Loved the view and the convenience!
Was a great location to stay at was very spacious. The view is the best part about this place. We were on the top floor which is on the 22nd floor so we had a great view of the ocean. The only negative thing I have to say is the furniture is a little dated in the living room and the rugs as well. And the beds seemed to be pretty wore out. When we got there one of the comforters had a few stains and food marks on it still from the previous stay. But we just washed them and it wasn't that big of a deal. Loved the ice maker in the apartment. Was very convenient to have a steady flow of ice in the separate ice maker. Loved the stay overall. And Charlie was very easy to work with and helped us with any concerns we had. Highly recommend this place! 👌

The condo building is nice, kinda weird there is no outdoor pool, Just the lazy river, but we enjoyed floating in that on days the beach was too windy. Workout room is adequate.
The condo’s views are amazing! The top floor made the balcony a favorite location! We felt it was a comfortable space for 11 people but not enough comfortable seating in the main areas for that many. The kitchen was the most disappointing kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental! No potholders! Only 1 kitchen towel and 1 kitchen dishcloth! No adequate pans for cooking multiple things. It was frustrating! The ice machine is an amazing thing to have, however the one in the fridge which made “harder” ice cubes was broken.
The cleanliness was not the best and the furniture is definitely tired.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this building!

Perfect location for a beach getaway
The view from this unit is spectacular for watching the sunset. Three of the four bedrooms have amazing views as well. The indoor pool is warm and the outdoor lazy river and slide are fun outdoor attractions. The unit has a number of small appliances for use, such as a blender, crockpot, Keurig, and toaster. The ice machine in the unit was noisy, so we ended up turning it off during our stay. Our only complaint was the “starter sets” of toilet paper, dish detergent, etc seemed really stingy, especially with the high rental cost of this unit and prolonged stays. We also did not have any laundry detergent provided and had to purchase our own. But overall, this was truly an amazing property to stay at.

Million Dollar View
We loved our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The condo needs some oven mitts/pads and some additional hooks for towels would have been nice. It was early spring when we visited so weather was hit and miss. Kids really enjoyed having the lazy river and slide and indoor pool/hot tub when the weather outside wasn't cooperating.

Great and spacious condo! The view is incredible!! Beds were comfortable and our group really enjoyed the black out curtains in each bedroom. One bar stool was broken and furniture is a little dirty but we thoroughly enjoyed this rental. I would recommend!

The condo is great! the door code is so much easier than key entry! Plenty of room for a party of 9 adult women on a girls trip. Would recommend a few more hooks in the bathroom for multiple people using towels.

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. The condo had everything we needed. The view was beautiful, especially the sunset. At night you can go down to the beach and catch tiny little crabs. So many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Plenty of space for all of us. Kids loved the lazy river and slide. I would recommend this place.
