My sister, friend, and I stayed in this cute house for a trip to Disneyland. It was easy to get in and the owner stopped by to see if we needed anything. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It took us 30 minutes to get to Huntington Beach and around 13 minutes to get to Disneyland. I went for a run in the cute neighborhood each day and found a park and other areas to explore. We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!

Adorable little two bedroom. Very comfortable and felt safe. Having the car parked behind a gate was a major plus for security

Cobra was an amazing host!!! The unit was extremely functional, very close to disneyland and tons of restaurants! Definitely stay here if you are traveling with friends family and pets Thank you Cobra♥️♥️

Owner was very accommodating and communicative. Guest house was clean and well equipped with many items. Nice quiet neighborhood with access to all freeways within a few minutes drive. Pet friendly and a good street to take your dog for a walk.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. A safe, quiet neighborhood and centrally located, it took us 13 minutes to get to Disneyland, 15 minutes to get to downtown Orange, 30 minutes to get to the beach. The unit is a newly built ADU behind a larger home but the properties are separated in such a way that you don't interact with the tenants on the main property. It was immaculate. Very clean. Cobra provided several unexpected amenities that were very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure and temp was perfect. The only knock on the place is the kitchen. While it's functional and has everything you need, it's small and the cabinets are situated in such a way that you need to climb on the countertops to reach many things. The full sized fridge extends into the cabinetry, making a few of the cabinets unusable. A great addition to the unit would be a stepstool to allow you to reach the higher shelves without needing to climb on the countertops. All in all though, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was exactly what we needed.

The house was perfect for my family of three. Everything was nice and clean. My Labrador Dexter love the fence in yard. We had a great time. 👍 😊

We had plenty of space and Cobra was an excellent host!

Overall the property was what we needed. The pull out futon was hard to sit on. The property manager was nice and left us flowers by the front door and a Starbucks gift card. It’s a small place but we would stay again.

Bath and kitchen they provided premium coffee maker with coffee pots , paper cups, paper plates, spoons, folks. The host went above and beyond with little touches including extra soap , shampoo, very clean towels , sheet and nice blanket to make experience wonderful. I would definitely be visiting this vacation house again.

First of all the place needs a deep cleaning, it was filty and there was all kinds of stuff left behind by other people, (used bar soaps with hair on them, shampoos, e.t.c.) The blankets smelled horrible. Even before I left the property I looked underneath the bed (to make sure I didn't leave anything behind) there was socks that weren't mine(gross!) there was some batteries inside the fridge! And the whole idea to rent a Vrbo property was to be able to cook my own meals, this place did not have any dishes to cook with there was some dirty run down pots way too small and gross and the microwave is a big one just hanging weirdly on top of the counter, The shower was dirty too (I had to buy my own supplies to clean it) the water was way too cold my 6 year old would cry to take a shower. I contacted the renter (who kindly showed up) she was nice but she could not do anything to fix it. Thankfully we were visiting family so we didn't stay there too long during the day..And be aware the washer and dryer are OUTSIDE the property, (covered by a tarp) it was raining so hard we could Not use them!! I had to do laundry at a nearby laundromat. Over all this property is NOT worth what I pay to stay there.

Very nice two bedroom one bath house very clean and quiet. We stayed four days and three nights a family of 7. It was a great experience

The place was really clean, it did smell a little funky when we first walked in but then realized the toaster was on, she was really nice about having us check in earlier than 4. Neighborhood was quiet and was a lot of nearby places and Disney was really close !

very cozy, incredible location for everything. Host is very attentive to quests and a very pleasant young lady. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week in this cute, new home in Orange , California! It was tile throughout the house, which we love!! Nice, large tiled shower in the bathroom! Plenty of seating in the kitchen, dining and living area! Just built last year, so new paint throughout, on demand water heater and central air made it very comfortable!!

We stayed here for a few nights and the property was really nice. The interior looked new and was quite clean. There is plenty of patio space as well. This was a great little place to stay while visiting Disneyland. The beds were comfy and the couch even makes out to a small bed. Overall we really enjoyed it. It was affordable, simple, and worked out great for us. We would happily stay here again. P.S. Make sure to check out Flappy Jack's nearby, we stopped there on the way out and were blown away by the food.

Renting the house was easy and convenient. The host did an excellent job of making the place feel like home. The listing description was accurate and the host went above and beyond on addressing any questions that we had. Great time for the holidays!
