Our family was very impressed with this vacation home! It was clean, which is really important to us, and had lots of extras! It fit our family of 17 perfectly! We loved the hot tub and fire pit and how close it was to the marina! We are definitely planning to book with them again!!

We loved our stay at the house. Decor was great, beds were comfy! We had most everything we needed. We would have really appreciated another fridge for as many people that we had or at least an ice maker. Overall though, the house was lovely and we would definitely come back!

This rental was top notch! As a family every year we take a annual trip so we are very familiar with Garden City/Bear Lake. The rental drew us in because of the hot tub and it definitely lived up to expectations. This rental was one of the best we have stayed at. The home was very clean and well stocked. This rental had plenty of cooking essentials where as some places we’ve chosen before have had the bear minimum. It made cooking a meal for a large family much easier. Melissa was very communicative and willing to help with any questions or concerns we may have had. She made the check in and check out process very easy. We would gladly stay at this rental again!

We celebrated our New Year’s in this beautiful cabin and it was the BEST! Super clean, decorated adorably, had plenty of beds, plenty of cooking supplies, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! 10/10 :)

The house is beautiful and the location is beautiful. Tons of amenities and nice fuzzy blankets and stuff. But, there are a ridiculous amount of rules. So the whole time i just felt anxiety over breaking one of the hundreds of rules. There's cameras everywhere outside which is kind of unsettling. And then when we went to check out, the host showed up at the door at 11 on the dot and was unreasonably rude about us still packing up. We took out all the trash, stripped the beds, sorted the towels by color, had the dishes all done and ran in the dishwasher and I was treated like I was scum for being fifteen minutes late because the host had the house booked for another family at 11:30 only giving herself 30 minutes to clean a huge home. Poor planning on her part obviously just being money hungry. Charging hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee, and then expecting the house to be left in a condition that it would take only thirty minutes to have it guest ready, is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. pissed tha6 we were still loading up some stiff into the cars.

This house was so great and perfect for our trip. The owner was very responsive and super easy to work with. The home is beautiful and has great views, a quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space. The home is very clean and neat. There is a large grocery store and gas stations within a 3 minute drive and it has great access to the Marina. I would definitely recommend this home and we will stay here again soon.

Very happy! House is very spacious for 20 people, easy to get to the place, has a nice view of the lake, very easy to communicate with the manager. I recommend this property for your getaway from routine and enjoy with your family or friends. Muy complacido! We loved the property . The view was great and the house was the perfect size for our group. We enjoyed the activities the property offered . The host explained everything clearly and didn’t think the rules were too much .

We had a great stay here at Bear Lake. The place was clean and so nicely decorated! So many snuggly, soft throw blankets. Our kids loved the bunk room, and the house had everything we needed and more. Would stay here again in the future.

The house was great for sleeping large families with a stocked kitchen and lots of eating space on the deck. Downstairs had a fun basketball and foosball games along with a hot tub and swing on the patio. It’s a short drive down the hill to fun places to eat, the marina and access to the main road out of town. You won’t be disappointed with this house!

The location of this home has an excellent view of the lake. The 3 levels of the home make it conducive to multiple families or groupings having their privacy times even among the larger group. The kitchen is well stocked. The owner is very communicative and helpful during all aspects of the stay from pre-confirmation to checkout willing to answer any questions. There are many rules stated clearly which keep the home in the beautiful condition that it is. If we return to Bear Lake, we would hope this home would be available for our repeated use.

What a lovely property. It held 15 of us so comfortably, and having the spa was such a perfect addition to our stay. Hopefully we will be able to come back for another stay because I loved it!

Brand new home with awesome lake views! Less than 5 minutes from the marina. We really enjoyed our stay. Our family vacations with VRBO several times per year and we did feel like the rules were more strict at this property compared to others we’ve been to. Rental contact was very friendly and helpful! :)

We just returned from spending an amazing weekend at the house! Communication with the managers was superb. The house is well equipped, clean and spacious. Every details was thought out perfectly - from the shampoo/soap to the wall art and furniture placement. On top of that the views are incredible!! I would definitely recommend this place :)

We had our 1st annual retreat here with my husbands immediate family. We loved our stay! The house suited us perfectly and was very clean and comfortable. The view is incredible! And this house is in a great location (right across from the marina, nearby store, gas station, close to restaurants). The owners put a lot into making this home the perfect getaway retreat and it definitely shows! We have young kids and they especially enjoyed the hot tub, b-ball game and foosball table downstairs. We had most of our meals on the huge patio off the kitchen. It had plenty of seating for all of us and it was so nice to enjoy the beautiful view. The only thing that wasn’t working in the house was the ice maker but it wasn’t a big deal. The 2 bedrooms on the top floor get really hot at night, next time we’d definitely take a room in the basement. There are also a LOT of bugs at night. If we ran out to get something in the car, they swarmed in. So keep the mudroom door closed if you can. You also have to take your own trash out. The dumpsters are located down the road on your way out. If you have a truck that would be ideal when staying here. Otherwise, you’ll need to pack your trash inside your cars to haul it out. Other than that, our stay at the urban mountain retreat was wonderful. We made some great memories here as a family! Melissa was great as far as communication and availability during our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This was a great transaction from the beginning. The house is loaded with everything you could think of and more. The only con was the advertising and pictures really don’t do the home justice. It is wonderful! The Decorating iis ion point, warm, welcoming, and comfortable while beautiful yet nothing overwhelms. The check in was accommodating, well explained and reassuring . All questions answered, it was prepared for with ample helps throughout the home. If I could give it a higher rating I would. We have stayed in many Airbnb and VRBO properties in many places and countries. This was definitely Top 5! I would suggest to make this property your choice in Bear Lake. Great VRBO!! Great place to stay. Great host. Sometimes felt like the rules were a little much. Understandable with a new property. Would probably again though the view was spectacular. Maybe the presentation of the rules could be looked at. It was nice to meet the owner in person.
