The staff were friendly, respectful and informative. A special thanks to Holly, our Butler, Stephanie, in the buffet restaurant, and Danielle in the reception area.

The room was a little chilly, but we managed to regulate the temp. Whilst there was a good selection of veg in the buffet restaurant, Bahia would benefit from having a wider selection of veg and vegan meals on the set menus.

It was very pretty, well maintained, and had beautiful views at just about every turn.

I felt that the strict rules that governed the resort got in the way of my leisure. I did not enjoy having to secure dinner reservations well in advance, having to adhere to the finite schedule of the restaurants, nor their dress codes on an adults only resort.

The pool closes at 8pm & opens at 9am, by 12am EVERYTHING is closed bars, restaurants so there’s no much to do

The property itself is beautiful and the was clean.

Though the room was clean it needs updating. The shower drainage system was clogged, as it drained extremely slow. The slow drainage of the water in the shower felt gross on my feet.

customer service was horrible. room service delivered cold food or the food wasn’t prepared the way I asked for it. carpets was dirty and needs to be changed.

I think they missed the luxury. The building needs updating painting , more choices with food. Chicken and fish almost every day for the cost was disappointing.The bathroom shower floods the room whenever we took a shower, door needs to be changed.

The food. even though they have Caribbean food it was not Tailored to suit people from the island. too much pasta. Oxtail too tough also the Goat meat.

The staff, no covering of foods in buffet, vegetable oil in all the cook food, carpent very stained!

This is an expensive place and everything was top notch. The room was large, and the view beautiful.

The a la carte restaurants were a little silly but who comes to Jamaica for the food?

Clean property, beautiful pool and beach! lots of activity happening if you want to take part, but if you dont you can just relax.

Needs more jamaican food choices other than just jamaican night. I expected to see more of the history and art through out the resort.

Breakfast & lunch buffet food & service was great. Lobby & beach bar also had a good selection & great service. Family side beach great for swimming. Adult side beach rocky, but perfect for just laying on a chaise & taking in the ocean sounds. I don't know why the Brazilian steakhouse gets a bad rap. The food was the best dinner we had & the service was great. Coffee maker in room was nice to have.

The rooms are definitely outdated from interior decor to older furniture & no USB outlets. Bldg 26, 6th floor "Ocean view" was actually rocky lot view with ocean in the distance. Hard to sleep or take an afternoon nap with guests and hotel staff in the hallways at all hours. The room booking system was broken. By the time it was back up all the popular restaurants were booked. Ditching aggressive "privilege club" sales people became a game. Not a deal breaker, but they asked what we were celebrating. I said my bday & which day. The said "we'll do something special for you", but nothing different than other days.

Great staff service. Our butlers took care off us Amoy and Shanoy. Entertainment crew was always a vibe. Loved it
