We enjoyed our stay in Coral Gables. No issues and I received plenty of communication from the owner.

Overall the place is clean and tidy but it’s right on main road so traffic n noise start early
Good value but after paying fees I felt better off at hotel next time

This is a great neighborhood, Publix is just a few blocks away. Ten minutes from Downtown Miami. Very clean. We stayed for a long weekend but if I were to stay longer it would be difficult to cook meals as the kitchen ware is limited. Recommended.

We had a very nice stay here, as the location close to everything you need. Property management was very accomodating and helpful. We will definately be coming back and hoping to stay here again.

First of all, I am very satisfied in my stay. It's an old apartment building but the rooms are clean and neat and stylish. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, easy access to high way and main roads, and a big grocery store is literally around the corner. And, lets face it, it's AFFORDABLE.
Something you may want to know before make the final decision: 1, It's a shared laundry room; 2, there is a pretty busy road just outside of the window, so if you can only fall asleep in absolutely silence, this might not for you.
